Glad to nick a goal before half time. Lets hope we come out with a bit more energy and push for another goal.

Looking forward to the Brockie critics coming in to stuff their faces.

I'm fine with it.  In a front three they have been swapping in and out of the centre/wide role which is a good tactic.  When/if we go back to two up top I would still rather see Ifill up there more often than not.

I'm only joking. Just noting that it was classic Phoenix. Long ball, cross, goal.

Curious how unenthusiastic our goal celebration was - both on the field and on the forum. Almost like the consolation goal in a 6-1 hiding.

Brockie's former club?
A bit like mini Judas and his brace against us.

Edit:  I can't do pants off as the kids are also watching.

Maybe it's because even though we scored we know we've been a bit below par and one goal does not change that. Could be that they know we still have a lot of work to do.

Nearly time to start making "Ricki's random sub of the week" predictions.

Obviously we need to park the bus this half so I'll go for Boyd on for Lochhead. Bertos moves across to left back, Smith goes to right back, Boyd goes to centre mid.

i was thinking boyd for paston, then bertos shifting to gk, many to rb, lia to dm, fenton to cm and boyd to striker

Clapham would have saved that better than Paston.

No it would be 1 all. Nelsen would have coached us but left Ricki to take the plaudits.
