I could run with your horse analogy but I'm too pissed off to try. Ricky in my opinion has been making sh*t squad choices for quite a while now and his use of subs is pretty average as well. Why he persists with Gao who acts like a baby 95% of the time and Coveny who should be in a home is beyond me.

Ricki must take some sort of accountability. Anywhere else in the world and he would've been sacked by now.

In saying that, I don't know who we could get in to replace him.
