smithy did you really have to put henders on, now I have to go to training and hear all about it :P

hahaha jokes, thought he looked alot more interested in the game than the guy from Wgtn Utd though forget his name, Henders done a bit of running and squeezed on the defenders heaps which no one else seemed keen to do. Hopefully he's still keen to do more of that this weekend!

I was impressed with Jamie and the the way he took his goal and his all round general hassling of the makeshift Nix back four.....

Can confirm Torne has said minging barnet.....whatever happened to standards at school.....

Partly because nightz was right that I was a bit childish to air laundry in public and partly because Eags and I have (metaphorically) kissed and made up.  He apologised, so did I.  It was all very heart warming.

He'll be there Tuesday.  Never misses a game for the Mar.

too late. Everybody things Eags has a massive ego now. He's gonna be sledged by the oppo every game, will stop enjoying it, and eventually quit to concentrate on his Napolean Dynamite impersonations. The damage is done

If what people said on here could make players quit football then you'd have retired years ago Feverish!

Give me a call next time you want some Wests players to start, as long as you dont mind that they are over 45 and havent actually played for years

Massive red face in the Smith Offices today.  Cleared old mobile phone and found very polite and graceful message from one Matthew Calcott Esq apologising for having to make his players unavailable for the Besim-Smith XI but explaining that he had some injury issues and was trying to manage players' workloads.

That call came in at least a day before the game but I didn't pick it up until today.

Matt + Wests: I owe you a beer.

Smithy.

Surely you mean gracious.  Unless the message danced elegantly out of your phone.

No I mean graceful, as in refined/elegant.

Gracious does the job also.  Probably better.

Villazon rules. Sign the motherflipper for flip's sake.

For those of us in the dark who is this Villazon?

We are pretty shocking altogether.

On another note. News got a haircut (not a perm!)

Astrokaus is not one for going through players. He keeps sheltering the ball and looking for another option.

Assuming we sign 2 foreign strikers, would there still be room for Villazon?

Marco is playing pretty well. I can't remember if I put his name in the starting line up.
