Could you imagine giving automatic firearms to the average Red Badge employee you see at any given game? lol

Apparently he wasn't happy with the way the ground staff/fire crew were doing it so he took it off them and did it himself

Probably not. The games aren't being televised in India so I'm guessing there are no cameras at the ground.
