Sigmund again rushing out of defence...

nice work lads...1-0 is deserved

Like the look of Cunningham...could settle in to be a good A-League player. Good pressing especially from our front 4....but they will need to keep it up for the next half. You can't help think the Roar have a goal in them...close a few times.

Very impressed by the new look Nix. They need to get the ball to Carlos more often.

Adams is Ok but he looks like what he is...a big CB on the flank. Hicks needs to woork on his crossing.

keep it up boys...we can win this

it dosn't matter if he did or didn't the referee said he did - hence the yellow card.

i think you will find the referee did give a yellow and he gave it for what he thought was picking the ball up outside of the area - weather that's right or wrong is a whole different discussion - you asked why he was yellowed - this was why.

but to be fair he is missing a lot - for both teams.  I don't think he is out to screw us, he just isn't good enough.

I actually think he has been ok. Considering the baggage he came in with, he has not been a cause of concern. You are right he is not out to screw us, but proportionately, the amount of 50/50s that go against us and then a clear one he got wrong...

so we are being fucked by A-league referee's or he has been ok?  which one is it... lol

I'm gonna feel sorry for Spoonley when he gets released. He fronted last year and fronted today.

quality Northern Prem player this year so it's good to see him get a chance at this level and I think he is doing ok - the key will be if he gets a chance to do it over a number of games but he has done himself proud.

Agree. I got slated last year for calling out his quality when he signed for ACFC but today, he has done alright for a debut.

No pace , kicks the ball out constantly , poorly positioned throughout the game, hasnt got forward...

i reckon he has done ok (Caira), a bit poor in possession but seems ok defensively - will only get better I reckon.

he may not have been told to get forward on this game (despite Ernie's stated preference) The other two points... I think he could have well done worse.
