Seriously guys. Calm down. We have been playing well and are still set for a top 6 finish which no one thought was possible just a few short weeks ago. Comments like "Moss is shit", "the players don't care" etc etc just sound foolish. One bad loss does not lose all the positive momentum we have just built up. The team is moving up but shit happens.

2. I didn't say we weren't junk. I just simply recognise as a rational fan that in the course of a season there will be good performances and bad performances. I'm happy to call something a bad performance and just forget about it....as long as it doesn't happen again. As long as we make the top 6 then that is a good effort. In actual fact, it doesn't matter where we come. This team should be building towards a championship run in a couple of seasons. Long term success is the goal.
Saying Moss is shit just shows you haven't bothered to watch any of the Phoenix's other games this season. Before the team's attack started performing well he was easily our player of the season.

Goal 1: Rocket. No Chance.
Goal 2: Wow, absolute nightmare - made the wrong decision and looked silly.
Goal 3: One on one, if Brockie (for example) didn't put that away he would be ruthlessly criticised (as he often has been this year!). Very little chance.
Goal 4: Moved really well, got across to a really well struck shot, comes off the crossbar and hits him in the back. No fault here.
Goal 5: Great finish. Moss moved well, got across as far as he could, but it snuck far post.
He then pulled out a couple of really good saves, moving well again.

In actual fact, it doesn't matter where we come.
I was broadly with you until that point. Surely it matters where we come this season?
It matters from a financial perspective. Playoffs football makes the team more marketable to fans and sponsors and it may also matter to fans. However, there isn't relegation or Asian football spots to play for. Other fans may have a different perspective but I can accept bad seasons as long as I see some progress being made. Even if we slump and finish 8th then we have still made progress in developing a new style of play. This progress is going to be the springboard for future success. Wherever we finish this season, I think next season we could be looking at a top 3 side. To me this season is all about building up for next season so we can hit the ground running.

First time I've left a game before the 80min mark in 7 seasons of Phoenix....A real shame, a marketing nightmare for the club today....everything conspired against us. Some great finishing combined with an interesting squad selection and some poor execution

Haven't yet had time to read all posts but .. they didn't look like the Phoenix and they didn't play like the Phoenix. Right from the get go, the shirts were WRONG, and the players were in the wrong headspace, We can (and will) analyse and criticise individuals all night but knowing how superstitious some of them are, the shits (*shirts) were a mistake. Seriously.
