So Dura and Lia out im pretty sure.

Yip both out for 5 yellows, think Siggy is out so that leaves either Moss or Manny to be captain I think.

Lia getting a fitth yellow for punching the ball away, stupid.

He has a hamstring/Calf problem most likely would not have played in ChCh

So what time will this game be delayed to?  Is there another leagues final that could go to overtime?

No, with no curtain raiser, we should bring the game forward!!

Ahh but the ASB Premiership game between Canterbury United & the Weenix is the curtain raiser

Another game in Napier. The bus trip alone made it a most worthwhile experience.

Yeah Hamilton, good stadium for football, near Auckland so should get a crowd from Auckland + Hamilton, lots of good players come from that region a well.

Come on surly none of you can be surprised its not as if we are compelling viewing at the moment. You cant really expect people to commit to the game on what we have shown recently.Dont think it would matter where we played at the moment,if the boys dont turn this week it might even be a struggle for some at home the following week.

Hamilton would do no business. Nelson is a good bet

This might be a radical idea, but what about Wellington as a venue for some games?

Master stroke, after seeing Ernies interview think he might be for that as well.

We couldn't play in Wellington this week. Westpac booked out for Sevens.

I wasn't meaning this week specifically of course, just generally. I'm sure if we wanted to play all our home games at Westpac we could arrange a schedule around other events there. I get the rationale for taking home games around the country but I still think that for long term growth Wellington is where it's at.

Plus all this travelling, staying in hotels, and playing at unfamiliar venues really can't help our form.

I don't know about that - there is the expressway from Auckland, the nix could put on a train from britomart even. The other cities are more than an hour away.

I always know that as soon as I lose interest we will pick up our form and win 10 games in a row..so  I keep watching. And it never happens.

I should just take an extended toilet break for 3 weeks and see how many goals we score.

Actually looks like the game on Saturday in Chch will at least break even for the City Council.

They need to sell 6000 tickets to break even.

They had sold 5000 by yesterday evening:

http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/football/a-league/762...

There's always a big walk-up crowd in Chch and lots of people are waiting on the weather.

We've had a really wet spell this week, overcast and raining all week.

Hope it clears on Saturday.

Should be a good crowd if it's fine.

The publicity for this game has been unprecedented so no excuses there.

There have been ads on the sides of buses and billboards around town since October.

Siggy took up almost the whole of the front page of the Press with an article and photo plugging the game last week.

The front page, not just the sports section.
