I felt Moss didn't get as much recognition from last nights game. People had a big go at him last week for the heart game. Tonight the first goal wasn't really his fault and Ibini should of been picked up by defender. But his Penalty save and then another good save later keep nix in it to score at the other end.

Fox sport when they did talk about nix in after match gave points to Carlos, Cunningham and Siggy.

I'm an optimistic pessimist.
I'm positive things will go wrong.

Hi Tonya, welcome back.

I get your disappointment last week - I doubt there's many that haven't, in a moment of utter frustration, written an email, blog post etc and occassionally hit the send / post button and later regreted it (?).

I always appreciated your posts and passion and I'm glad you're still around - we need all the supporters we can get.

He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

IMO - the bigger the name the more influence they had on the game for the good of the team. The first 10 min it looks like CCM were targeting Boxall side

I always assumed that it was number of passes, headers, tackles, interceptions, shots etc combined to give the relative size of the name and then where the name is on the pitch is the average point on the pitch where those touches took place

Had this really scary nightmare - like I guess most nightmare's are - but like, this one was extra scary. We had to play at this AFL football stadium somewhere in the Wellington central railway yards - weather was appalling - was so hot you could hardly breath. Temperatures racing into the early 20's - and even more alarming, there was no wind at all. Don't know why we were playing there - think the Petone Football Stadium was closed for terrace extensions due to the membership demands after last seasons championship win, or something like that.

Anyway - this Wellington Central railway yards stadium nightmare gets worse. Desperate for beer in the searing 21 degree heat  - all I could buy inside the stadium was Tui - like a little plastic bottle of Tui for almost 10 bucks. Chips were a dollar each -  and the other multiple food choice option was a pie wrapped in plastic, a sure sign of meat absence, and expiry date questionability.  It gets worse - when I found my seat, it turns out we were playing Manchester City. WTF. I tried to wake myself up - you know what it's like when you realise its probably just a nightmare, but you can't snap yourself out of it. We were wearing the Waikato Chiefs strip and City had some white with red stripe kit going on, which apparently one of their historical feeder clubs used to wear. Everytime I took a Tui bathroom break - City scored - like they scored from everywhere - ended up about 5-nil or something. Bit vague about that. Woke up sweating so much. Phew - it's good to be awake again.

Ok so I was talking to the security lady last night. She told me that shirt have to go back on or we will be kicked out and that it came from the FFA. My comment to her why do they care when we are away but we do it at home FFA doesn't say a word.
Then another security guard tells me a it's licensed venue and we wouldn't be able to take our shirts off at the club... Does it mean we need to register shirts off as I'm pretty sure you can't bring a brass band into a club as well

WTF.

I missed last nights game , and coz I only can see Nix games via me bro's Isky account , I was looking forward watching the highlights Sky have on their Sky(No)Go site. They didn't show the flipping penalty that Moss saved.

There was a pen that he saved, right ? Which according to Reports swung the match around..

Mind you they did show the entire last 10 minutes ( sans shirtless Nix fans - yes I know it's Oz coverage), to pad out the 25 minute package.

anyway skyteev you suck !!! And if I were the account holder I would be cancelling.... err after the season ends..

I guess swimming pools aren't allowed to serve booze then. Cafés near a beach must be constantly breaking the law allowing shirtless people in their premises.

So if a fullback gets repeatedly targeted and does a shit job does that mean they had a big  or a small influence?

Ernie decided to rotate the squad a little what with a game away to Adelaide on Thursday. Commentator said the Phoenix are staying in Oz until the Adelaide game and Hicks is flying out to join the squad for that one.
Note the rescheduling of the Adelaide game, brought forward from the weekend to Thursday pm. This will give the All Whites in the Nix more time to prepare for the Japan friendly.

My guess is that it shows the amount of involvement in the game, passes, touches, tackles, runs, possessions etc etc What I have assumed

My guess is that they pretty much make that shit up using some random algorithms that bear f*ck all resemblance to reality and you should use your own eyes and brain to make your own decisions about who the important players are.

Yeah, it was really weird they didn't show the penalty or the play leading up to it in the highlights. The refereeing was a bit dodgy but surely that couldn't be the reason? I don't think Sky put together the edit for the highlights, they only show what they are given.
