I've said it before but Barbarouses is a Kostant  disappointment. Option taking is very poor, execution the same. He comes across as a really dumb footballer. Malik shouldn't still be on the pitch - straight red that tackle.and please, please, please give Singh some game time

Triple nuts!

as good of a shot stopper as Moss is - he is pretty average ball at feet - not quite sure why we keep going back to him?

Doyle probably could have copped two reds in this game going in studs up the way he does.

I dont think Greenie and Des are upto this,  we have to get someone that can get the best out of the players we have

Shambolic.  Chaotic.  Disorganised.

this looks like a team that's voting for the coaches via their performance. Bloody awful. It's as dire as Moses.

RIP Phoenix

It's been nice knowing you.

This season has felt like the first steps towards extinction.

Don't think he's a pro footballer tbh.

We are a laughing stock now, this is really embarrassing Surely a Wanderers style clean out is the only hope we have of having any sort of future in the league

We have potential to be a really solid B league team might even win a trophy

He's been a very handy wing forward and played decently on attack

Absolutely shocking by the Nix tonight - wake up call needed

I'm not sure if Singh should be allowed to watch the match video Lia was talking about - probably should be R18.

People keep saying this as if we have a good team. However guys like Watson, Ridenton, Lowry, Lia, Fenton, Durante, Parkhouse would struggle to make any other squad in the competition. Our 'stars' (e.g Kosta, McGlinchey, Roy, Finkler) are up to A-League standard but that is all they are not great players compared to the best players in other teams...

Get Des and Chris out of the club asap. Absolutely clueless.
Players have no direction. Woeful all round. Sad day to be a supporter of the club.

The defence has been dire all season no fullbacks who can defend and the boy Rossi is average and everybody talk him up was Lia even playing the place needs a total clean out, staff players the lot Watson and Smeltz OMG the biggest load of bollocks i've seen play this season. This squad of players is average and they said it was their best.

Big week for the club - that second half was embarrassing. Lucky MC didn't really have to put their foot down at any stage.

The worst part is the lack of passion; lack of skill I can forgive but sulking and just giving up is very frustrating to watch. We only played with intensity at the start of the game, and for about 5 minutes after scoring the goal.

The so called best players seem over it and don't seem to be trying, and the others (e.g Watson, Ridenton, Lowry) are putting some effort in but just aren't very good relative to the opposition...

I miss Tim Brown, Sigmund, and Daniel.

Kosta Barba-useless. Even his well taken goal doesn't make up for the fact that he's been sh*t all season. To be fair though, Everyone has been sh*t all season. I don't think I'll even bother going to the next home game. Like most on here, I don't feel excited watching the nix like I did in the past. Now, it's more of a chore tbh.

Feeling ashamed I voted Rossi ahead of Siggie now...

Well that was god awful.

Merrick took the blame for his part in this shambles of a season, but for mine the players need to take some responsibility. A manager sets the tactics but the players need to turn up each week. we have the talent - in fact some of the best players the club has ever had! Yet each week we look like complete newbies to the game. Greenacre has to go, he has been our attack focussed coach for years and we have failed to have more than one player in double figures for many seasons. We seem completely bereft of ideas in front of goal and show complete inability to trouble even half decent keepers. As for mossy - I think he is well passed his best, he no longer controls the 6 yard box (3rd goal) he looks old and tired, perhaps a change there might help things.

Frankly we will be lucky if we don't get our contract ripped up end of the season, that is if we are able to keep any of the players off contract end of the year.

and another question I have - why is it that almost every great player the nix have brought into the club seems to lose all the amazing ability that caught our interest? Kosta, amazing at Victory, but for us he shows moments of brilliance and then is largely sharke!, finkler than same, add in all the other stars who have come her and failed over the years.

Because they are surrounded by better players at the Victory who make them look better than they are. Finkler and Kosta were never 'great' players. I like Kosta, but his finishing and composure was never great, even at Brisbane/Melbourne.

Woeful stuff. Even with a season ticket in my wallet I didn't go tonight. Won't be back until there are some drastic changes.
