Anyway, with all the talk of strategic yellows, is there anyone of the nix who need to tread lightly for the rest of the season?

Threshold is 8 cards atm. Dura and Lia are on 7 each. A-rod and Rossi on 6.

I can't remember if yellow card accumulation suspensions carry over to next season. Suspect it's only red card suspensions that do. Which means we only have to worry about Dura and Lia.

Who had a carry over suspension a year or so ago back. Banned for a FFA game iirc. Playing the odds it was probably Manny. Think it was for yellows.

ah yes you're right, I remember now. Kenny and Zadkovic both suspended for this match: http://www.ultimatealeague.com/fixtures.php?season...

Yellow card suspensions are the ones that are competition specific and carry over to next A-League season. Red card suspensions can be served in FFA Cup.

McGarry.

He was listed as unavailable last week due to Glandular Fever, so guessing its unlikely he will be available this week as well.

Ultimate A-League has him at 8 yellows now, so guess there was a card left off at the time.

Backbencher before the game (hopefully local football is canceled so we can all drink through the arvo instead), Bethel Woods after the game (hopefully we win so we can drink through the night (actually we'll probably do that even if we lose)).

Neonatal collecting at the game this Saturday

Please bring some cash to the game and donate to this great cause that helped out our own Phoenix legend Siggy and his wife Deanna with their boy Cameron.

The support of Ben and Deanna for The Neonatal Trust comes from the very early arrival of son Cameron, who arrived 16 weeks early at just 24 weeks. He arrived weighing just 715 grams. You can read the article about Camerons early arrival and fight for life, which was written by Deanna in 2014, here.

Lowry at a guess unless they promote from the WeeNix.

Wasn't Lowry released?

Lowry still injured? He was limping last week after the All Whites game.

We can play Rufer, I heard he is very good.

Update: Don't want to sound mean, nothing personally against Rufer. I think he should at be at last on the bench. He may is flexible enough to play RB.

why was lowry playing at allwhites i didnt see aussie team?

Definitely a worthy cause. Please dig deep folks. I have seen first hand the phenominal work the Neonatal Trust do with the premature arrival of our twins nearly 2 years ago.

Righto it's half time and the canes are coasting. How about they spend the second half replacing their divets so we have a good surface tomorrow night. They'll still have enough about them to get past this Waratahs team.

Fire up. Nice to have the season still alive at this point. Quite often we are already dead and buried by now. Great going to the game knowing its not a dead rubber.

I'm so keen for this. I'm going overseas in the off season and will be away longer than our current license lasts, I'm not sure if I'll have a club to come back to. I've got some great memories of nix games over the years, looking forwards to a last hurrah, and a push towards the 6. COYN

No, it is a lubed rubber with potential to score big. We're a bit featherlite but without too much ribbing and plenty of reservoir, we might come big. So con dom to the stadium and watch the sexy game.

Streuth, I think I have used up pretty much all of the puns, I'm fudgeed.
