Warning signs on that corner kick. We must not mark better inside the box as Smeltzy won't forgive you leaving him a free header

Well, I'm sure they remember what happened last week when we played too high in the first half.

Can hear a pin drop on TV. Sounds like a few people chatting and some kids squealing but that's about it.

Our midfield three look much better this week and we are passing the ball about looking like a football team at training. It looks nice to watch. Just need the go forward now.

You can see a difference on TV playing at a football ground vs a cricket oval.

That Sciola guy looks decent doesn't he. Agree with the previous comment about Riera. He is definitely improving with each game

Glad it's not just me that thinks the picture quality is pretty poor. Close ups aren't bad but the main camera view is very average.

Defending from corners has been abysmal for weeks now.

Aaaaand another header in the box. Our defending on corners has been really bad the last couple of games

Other than defending in the box, I completely disagree. We have started well.

Sciola just strolled right past Fenton.....

Objectively, is he back to full fitness?

I agree with JF. We are creating some good attacking play. Compare the first 25' today with the last game.. We were already 2-0 down and would soon concede another goal. Huge improvement and so far good display vs a very strong team. Let's hope we keep it up

That was coming..Fenton out of position and others beaten for pace  Thats why we need Cuningham on form.  Lia seems to have been told to attack more than defend?

That is awful defending...

Where was Fenton? Why is Sigmund out covering him? Why are we leaving our feet in the box and sliding in?

Woeful defending amid a rather slow tempo start for us.

Our midfield isn't the big problem today- though Hicks might give us more attacking vision and a little more movement...

I'm wondering about the chance of getting a quicker striker, who is also capable of beating a player with the ball at his feet and...well Brockie starting to get hungry- but just cos you can score the spectacular- Brisbane roar and Melbourne's game last year was built on tap ins...unpredictability around in and around the box.

In short what we've been saying- Brockie, and Huysegems doesn't seem a natural strike partnership. We've looked better with only one of them on.

Forgot about Kenny. Hope he can come back into it. Seems to have some class. are we playing  4-3-3?

our AWs defence lucky they aren't playing Perth at the Azteca...

Should we blame Louis? He's being asked to do two jobs- winger and defender, and...

Lia?!? with a diving header

Perth look better organised, making fewer errors...

How is that goal the fault of Lia or Carlos' passing????? People need to watch whats going on and ditch these preconceived ideas.

Fenton got caught out of position (again)
