Your big break up with Skippy is still the Talk of The Town, anyway

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I'm banking that Terry thinks he can sign up rojas and then flick him on the next day for a few million to pay this guys 20 per cent interest rates. Better sign him up fast Ricki!!

It's not a good look if there are legal threats as a visual popup on your 'corporate portal', which have misspellings, no.

I really do have to say... If people are paying advance fees to people, and paying these fees not to trust or escrow accounts- then I don't think they should be running football clubs.

Living in hope for a  rescue/new owner.

All the above notwithstanding, if this dude is such a massive and well known crook, how was he allowed to grab a piece of a Spanish club. I would have thought that Santander and the Spanish FA just might have thoroughly checked him out beforehand.

To repeat what the 5 Live dude said on the radio last week, there are a lot of question marks about Ali Sayed but no concrete evidence that he is dodgy. Much like our present owner, I suspect.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I think you mean there is no concrete evidence that WGA have settled any promised/paid for Loans in Australia. There are empty threats from WGA, but no actual legal action.

There is plenty of evidence in the public domain from the BBC, India TV & others of a history of failed companies, incomplete audits, and Flight from debts in Ali's history.

I'm certainly not saying anything about our current owner being dodgy or not - merely that he seems to have been taken for a ride.

Nothing particularly major emerged from BBC 5 Live's investigation on him, according to the 5 Live guy who was interviewed on Radio Sport last week.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Yeah cos football leagues and clubs the world over are known for their thorough due diligence and sound financial decision making...

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Well, thank goodness that a multi-millionaire property developer, being so incredibly ignorant about matters of international finance, has an anonymous poster on a football fan forum to tell him right from wrong.

Are they? I don't know, you obviously know more about it than me, Smithy.

Alright, you win. That's it, we're completely f**ked. I'll give it a month before the plug gets pulled. We'll all have to go and support bigger and more successful clubs.  (let's see the media use that!)

That better?

The SMH version is a bit more bleak and specific.

Giving fees up front that don't go into escrow or a trust account is not a good way to be doing anything....

Mmm. I'm sure this all comes as a huge shock and surprise to Terry, who has clearly been bamboozled by these Nigerians from India.

I recall hearing in the media (so take it with a grain of salt) that concerns over him in Britain was where he actually got his money from in the first place.

I'm nervous about this but not panicking yet. The club does need some certainty pretty quickly to help with recruitment. If it doesn't get here by the end of March alarm bells will start ringing. For once the media scrutiny might actually help resulting in prompt service from WGA.
