Damn, he's a big man - 6 foot 5. The fact he's 33 hopefully isn't an issue but looking good

only played 92 games over 10 years as a professional... that isnt a overly attractive track record.

92 games in 10 years - injuries, or a lot of the time out of favour? Either way, doesn't excite me.

Quick sidenote, i was more of a casual fan when Stein arrived, how did he go in his first season here? Was he the sort of player we need now? Surprised to see he's still kicking it in the Belgian 7th div

he had great technical ability and finishing. However, his pace held up trasitional play (like Gui will continue to do this season) which was a pain and he just could not head the ball to save his life.

Why? It highlights how stupid the FFA are.

Onyl disapoininting bit is he didn't make the connection that moving from mostly sunday arvo games to mostly Sat evening games contribute to higher TV ratings but worse crowds.

An academy player liked my tweet asking if the announcement is a contract for Liam Wood.

There would be more fanfare if this signing was an overseas player.
