SEASON TICKETS

First batch of  memberships sent out yesterday. Should be arriving today. Second batch will be sent out Monday. Will keep all confirmed. Issues were with the mailhouse in Auckland.

i didnt get mine and i order and was rang by ticketek on the 1st day :(

I rang ticketek this afternoon.
The message  I got, was that no season passes had been sent yet. Although they hope to have them out early next week

They seemed to be "blaming" the people that produce the cards.

They do seem to have a contingency plan, and that is to send out normal tickets to all season pass holders - if it is likely the passes won't be produced in time. They would be sent without us having to contact ticketek.

I did mention that my rugby season tickets had always arrived within a week or so or paying. They replied that maybe the delay is due to this being the first season.

Meantime, I'll keep checking the letterbox.

Well thats 2 excuses today keep them coming folks. Dont want no normal ticket we want the season pass we all bloody paid for. Reckon there needs to be some serious stirring done if we are still getting fobbed off with the same lame excuses come about Tuesday.

i agree thats pathetic this is a professional company and they are doing a SH*t job

No wonder last year Ticket Master appeared on the secne. At least they can acknowledge they have the money and something will happen.

well we got one delivered to our flat, odd thing is though we bought 2 tickets on the same day, dealt with it in one phonecall when ticketek rung but only 1 ticket arrived the other day. odd very. ill be right pissed off if i get sent a normal ticket

I flew home for the Uni hols today and then got a txt just after I landed from my flatmate saying my pass has arrived! SODS LAW!!.....But he'd flying down tomorrow, so will bring my precious pass down with him, yipee!!

Got in from playing (won 3-0, thanks for asking) to find four season tickets in the box. The Phoenix has landed

I'm wondering...any coincidence the passes arrived the same day jerseys became available? 

(I doubt it, but still, it makes ya think...)

Got home today to find my passes in the mail. Sweeeeet!

Got mine yesterday but have the wrong last name on the season ticket.

one of my two have the wrong last name but  my one is right so if my mate wants to get it changed its up 2 him but its still useless

Agreed, im just going to buy a ticket if we play in welly for the final or semi final if we get there

so reading all the sad stories above I thought I would go to michael fowler centre ticketek office  in person to pick up a season ticket - as per advice on the WP website.

However, I found the MFC ticketek outlet was 'under re-construction'.

A sign advised to go to the Opera House outlet.

At the Opera House the lady at the counter was happy to take my money, the conversation going something like,
"Would you like gold, silver ....?"
"Silver - Yellow Fever area"
"Which Aisle?"
"Aisle 21"
"Covered or uncovered?"
"Covered"

 and I was then  advised that 'someone will phone me'.

So, I've got a receipt for $190 but no season pass ...........

I went and purchased my season ticket today in the Hutt. The guy there didn't know he could sell season tickets. But after a couple of phone calls and trying a few things he realized he could.

got a winner here for incompetence...faxed in form months ago for a family pass and an adult pass, heard jack from ticketek so then hooked it up at the booth at the newcastle game. all good.

Still no delivery of membership. After 4 weeks.  Lets hope they get NZ Post on a good day or I may miss the first game.

Ticketek are a proper shambles. 

still waiting for the fifteen I bought. Will be gettin beaten up by the lads soon..

I had decent seats allocated to me and 2 mates (and paid for them) about 2 weeks ago. I just rang Ticketek to see where my passes were and found my seats have been allocated to someone else. I had to go through the process again. Our new seats are still good, but not quite as good. Our passes won't arrive until next week and we have to pick up paper tickets from the members' booth before Sunday's game.

Neato.

f**k. Now I'm scared.

yeah same. This is extremely poor I must say.

I just rang Ticketek and the customer service rep said that they would "put through an email" to ensure that my four tickets were sent out immediately to me (as far as I can tell they will be for the same seats I ordered months ago). I'm not sure when Ticketek were planning on sending them out - you'd think there'd be a degree of urgency given the first game is this weekend!

I just got called back. Aparently some guy at the printers (which is a third party of course) stuffed up the batch of tickets (mostly those in groups). They are trying to reprint and send out tomorrow. Gonna cut it fine!

bad news  i spoke to vienna not five minutes ago and she's telling me my seasons passes and others i'd ordered, won't be printed in time to get out in the mail, in time for this weekend, so they are going to issue paper tickets.
Quite possibly, most of you who haven't received your passes yet, are in the same boat ,because she reckoned there was two batches of tickets sent for printing and the printer only received one of those batches and due to the short time frame won't get them printed in time for sundays FIRST game,but we should have them for the second ,   how do i copy tonyp this is a disgrace
