Didn't see the company. Doorbell rung in the morning just before heading out to school/work. Parcels left on the doorstep by the time I opened the door.
They were red (NZPost?) parcels not the yellow and red ones.

got only one of my two foundation member renewal packs and also not my mates normal season member renewal.
all renewed and paid for at the same time, all for delivery to the same address
the brilliant brenda assures me they are all booked and look to have been processed fine and no idea why they would send them out separately
ah well, progress I guess

for those asking - was a red NZ Couriers pack (correctly adressed, but left on the neighbors doorstep, supposedly requiring signature <rolls eyes emoticon>)

Wouldn't be too concerned about whether you're a foundation or not. We haven't received our foundation tickets yet.
If its NZ Couriers that's a pain as they are easily the worst courier company - they always just leave the card when I'm here - it's infuriating, and a long way from where I live to their depot. I've recently complained to them about it, so there goes our season tickets in some rubbish bin I expect ..... urgh!! Shame our club has to use the worst courier as well as the terrrible sh*tetek .... what a double whammy .... why we have to have this stress every year when we book and pay for our tickets so many months earlier is still beyond me ....

Well, NZ Couriers didn't need my autograph as 2 packets found on front doorstep this morning. They are our "foundation" packs & I just hope that the 3rd pack containing the new season ticket for my mate turns up soon. Im also expecting 3 separate courier deliveries to be made in the next week with the additional collectors card for Ricardo Clarke, LOL.

They don't have the tracking numbers...I tried to track mine down this morning as we moved house last week and ticketek don't have any tracking numbers....this is going to be a debacle can see it now!

How do I redeem my free ticket offer with the Season Ticket?
You will be able to request your free ticket from Monday 13 August. You will get a ticket of an equivalent category to the season ticket purchased e.g. a Silver Adult season adult ticket qualifies for a Silver Adult match day ticket.
The following is the free match day ticket offer by season ticket option:
Note: Concession season tickets, the Flexi Six Pack and the Nova Energy offer does not qualify for the free ticket option.
Tickets must be used within the first three home games of the season.
When requesting your free seat we will endeavour to allocate the closest seat to the member as possible.

courier card in letter box yesterday, got package redirected to work - arrived in good order opened immediately! Super stoked - cannot wait till October 6th! 11 days 3 hours and a couple of minutes and counting.
