For renewing season ticket holders who sign up during the special offer dates of 24 July – 12 August 2012, you will receive your card prior to 30 September 2012.
Season ticket holders who sign up after 30 July will receive their cards early October 2012.
But the season starts early October!!!

Ive had nothing but bad luck with these guys. I had a NZ football shirt delivered by these guys last year, the clown let himself into the house with the package (which is bad enough!), he was then confronted by my rottweiler who went absolutely batshit at the driver, shredded the package to pieces destroying the shirt and chased the van halfway down the street due to leaving the front door open during his frantic exit.
Ive also had packages delivered which are for a different address entirely, and just shit customer service in general.

1st ever tickets arrived today. Was booked over internet and arrived just as it should, following all the complaints on here im pleasantly suprised. The courier guy some how knew it was something from the phoenix and after my explaination, he was so impressed with prices that he reckoned he was off to buy his own.
