So I'm not gonna ask him about Pins in any shape or form

And he will straight bat any questions regarding Rudan/WU and also what he will do beyond this contract so we are unlikely to cover those

New/Old Castle is WAAAAAAAAY off the table.  Yes I'm a spoilsport

There's no point in getting him on if all you are going to ask him is how much he loves Wellington and he bullshark

Just as a counterpoint, I am absolutely interested in him having a chat to the lads about the team and any new information at all about the club that we don't get from the outside.

Doesn't have to be hard hitting journalism to make for a great listen, and it's always a greta listen even wihtout guests.

What will he say to Kurto at freekicks, verus WU?

Further to this, has he got some great strategies from playing with Kurto to try distracting him?  i.e does Kurto get easily distracted by star jumps?

How is he so dreamy?

Legitimate question.

Good quality pod guys. Thank you. Steven Taylor is such a positive person, hope that really rubs off on the team he will be leading. Cmon you Nix, starting Wednesday.

That was good but he did sound like he was reciting "talking points" a lot.

Or perhaps I've just heard too many interviews of football players :-)

So jet skiing is allowed under a Phoenix contract?

How about mountain biking? Loads of great mountain biking in Wellington, but also potential for injuries ...

Good Luck Pat. For all the shark you get on here and on twitter and in person (Fudge me you get a lot of shark) you do and have done a lot for the Fever in holding it together through some tough times and bringing some atmosphere while there are a lot of people who do some bloody good work you have been one of the faces that has taken a lot of the negative brunt and the things you have done over the fast few years is truly amazing.

Hats off mate hope you have a good time

Uffie is quite brutal, doesn't sugar coat that all who left, apart from Williams, Krishna and Dura, were not wanted.

I did listen to the pod but seriously missed somehow the section talking about Patrick leaving

Where is he going?

Or can you give me the minute mark where it is discussed

It'll be uncomfortable to stand barechested with a drum in a London pub in December at 80 minute mark, but hey no excuses.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

London is exactly the place you'd be able to get away with that and no one would bother you - that's what is great about the place!

The pubs that would be open that early, doubtful they'd be worried about a bare chested kiwi ?

Patrick, try Younger's Tarten Bitter. Enjoy London. Stay away from Earl's Court. You didn't travel 12,000 miles to meet other New Zealanders. Go meet some locals.

be pretty hard pushed to find Kiwi's (or Aussies) in Earls court these days - more likely Acton, Clapham, Leytonstone

be even harder pushed to find Youngers Tartan bitter and even more hard pushed to find anyone that thought it was decent! :-)
