A much needed win there for the boys and they played very, very well for it. Outstanding first 20 minutes, created many chances and got a goal (nearly two) from it. It was great to see Leo show glimpses of his old self, and he kept playing well until the second half when he got tired.

AMAZING goal from Brown, credit to him for getting his head up and seeing that Reddy was off his line. Must be goal of the week (so far) and a real contender for goal of the year.

Sydney came at us a lot in the second half of the second half, but Dura, Siggy and Manny did very well to stop them from getting an equaliser.

Ref had a decent game, apart from booking Manny from standing still as the FC player ran past him.

But the only thing that matters, is that we got the 3 points!!!

How good was that???....considering he has had SFA football this season he was amazing. He could have had a hat trick... This is a different team when he is out there.

So happy for that win. season starts for us this weekend. Hopefully with a full squad we can push on now.

I thought the crowd looked about 8000 and was surprised when only 6300 was announced.

Pretty enjoyable game and really we should've stuck 4 or 5 past them today!

Both good goals and Brown's really was a beauty.

Hopefully today was the turning point for us!
