Typical that the weather is going to stop a 10k+ crowd yet again

Its fine at the minute.

Anyone who doesn't go because of a bit of rain (thats not even started yet!) needs to harden the f**k up!

Lets hope Vukovic plays. I am eager to see how well he does in comparison to Paston and yes, lets hope we get 10000 plus. The Nix potentially handing out a debut and a home debut plus the presence of the title holders would get that crowd above 10k you would hope.

If I could only afford to go to 1 or 2 games a season I'd prefer to go on a night it isn't raining. Or a casual fan would just spend their leisure cash on going to a movie or something

From what Ricki has been saying:

                         Vuko
Muscat      North    Dura       Lochy
              Brown           Ward
Ifill                                           Daniel
              DMac      Greenie

Bench: Leo Pav McMaster Hearfield

Unlucky for Siggie, but Ricki really rates North to come straight into the team and I don't think Daniel deserves to be dropped, Leo has to play well in the time he's given before he earns his starting spot back. I'd like to see him and Pav given 25mins to get in the game.

2-1 Nix DMac and Greenie goals with Sydney snatching a goal from a messy corner.

UP FOR THIS ONE.

some radio talk of North's starting or not being linked to vinnie's injury - which, if right, suggests Manny moving into mid

I would love some goals from strikers today. Though I'm not complaining if anyone else scores.

Mirjan (is that pronounced 'Mirian'?) Pavlovic for a double with D-Mac grabbing a header.  Sydney press and hit the crossbar but fail to convert their chances before Brown grabs a late goal to seal it 4-0.

Bad time from Lia's perspective for him to pick up an injury, likewise with Paston.

Lia definitely out?

Can't wait to see Vukovic in action. And McMaster will be on the bench. He is still training with us.

Hopefully he dosen't have too much to do!!!!

a bit of water never harmed anyone. Well.......... if you get too much in your lungs you'll die but the point is:

But you can easily be under cover, so I don't really see the difference in going to the cinema? You might get a bit wet on the way to the cinema, as you might on the way to the game.

Casual fans...pah! Pansies more like!

So a return to last seasons formation. I like.

Thought he should be bench instead of D Mac.

Dont see the point in having both Pav and Big Mac on bench.  North star..not today.

Of all the regular season games, this is the one I want to see the team perform well. We have two cruel defeats last season to avenge, so the players cannot be lacking motivation. I want at least 3-0 to us, because let's face it, I f-n hate Sydney FC. Come on you Nix!
