Sorry i'm confused. I thought he was a bloody good right back (compared with Christie, Disco, Mulligan, Siggie and gosh...but haven't been overwhelmed so far..Downey) which was why we signed him?
That he can play on the left and was a revelation as a denfensive mid was just a bonus.
