Open the pdf link and print one, or just ring them and you can do everything the form does over the phone.

That's not what they say when you call them. I spoke to a polite and helpful young lady called Rosie, who advised that seat allocations would not be done until 23 June. I asked if I could log my preferences over the phone and she said she did not believe so, but would check with her manager and call me back later today.

i know this is the first day and that there are bound to be teething problems but they have had a year to sort this out. somewhere the communication has failed and its not good enough. hopefully things will get sorted quicker this year than last year though

By the way, the form only allows you to choose covered or uncovered in the seating preferences.

That's quite concerning, as the lady i spoke to said quite clearly (when I asked her) that I had the same seat as last year - no problem. I even asked her to read the seat number out so I could check.

That's right Peter.  Sinz is challenged because he either wants to move or add more tickets.

A simple renewal of your existing seat should go swimmingly, it's change they are struggling with.

peteremcc - if you keep the same seat and don't want to add anyone to your group, I think you're okay.

yomcat - yeah, I think that's what will happen again by the sound of it. However, that was not the impression gained and it seems a shame when they must know what seats are not allocated to season ticket holders currently - so they should be able to offer those now.

Last season I purchased 4 season memberships, all of which were under my name. I'm hoping there won't be any issues getting the same 4 seats under my name this season.

Last year I booked five season tickets - which Ticketek put as three different account numbers (matching the three surnames) so this year I'm unable to renew for all of us - just me and the hubby.  Not a huge problem - just slightly annoying.
Also one of our group is moving overseas and his seat is in the middle of our five.  I wanted to know if we can move over one seat to be beside our other friends, or reallocate his seat to another friend that now wants to join us.
And also need to buy one new season ticket for another friend.  All I want to know is if they are going to be able to sit with us.  I thought Ticketek would know which seats are not allocated - but apparently not.
First phone call to Ticketek at 8.55am this morning -it's  now 12.36pm, four phone calls later and no answers to any of my questions.  Now waiting for them to ring me back.

You're right - I'm about ready to just renew my own ticket and stuff everyone else I'm trying to do a favour for.

Reallocating the seat seems possible. From this form. Just say all the details have changed...

Well that's me sorted - I called and on the 3rd try I got an answer, there was a bunch of line noise but the girl was very helpful.  I told her I didn't have my season ticket anymore so i couldn't give her the membership number and she was able to just go off my surname which was awesome.

Also managed to change my email/phone/address details over the phone and she confirmed that I would be in the same seat as last season (and read the seat number out).

The only thing she had trouble with was adding the benchwarmer membership onto it, but like others have said, she is going to talk to her supervisor and get back to me.  So helpful all around and I'll be back in row L aisle 21 :)

Note :  It would appear our block is in the new 'expanded' Fever Zone betwen 20 and 21, not in the 21 to 22 space we were in.

Doesn't mean people shouldn't get seats in aisle 22, perhaps we can make it a 3 aisle zone at the games regardless of what the seating plan says :)

No absolutely not, just some folks were asking where we are.

This might change but it looks like where we'll be at this point.

Has the zone been moved or are a bunch of people from the zone moving...?

Zone has been spread to cover two aisles now.  Somehow the plan to move some of the core up the exisitng aisle has become moving across an aisle and up a bit.

Don't ask...

Are they warning those who are not a part of the Fever Zone that a part of the Fever Zone is coming to them? This doesn't sound like good news to me. We're going to be spread thinner and people who don't want to be in the zone are going to be. Is there any way that scenario ends well?

How many people in this "core".

So long as it doesn't leave a big gaping hole it should be sweet I guess (hope)...

Anyone getting hit with the ban stick over it...?

If it's 20-21, it'll be a shift to the left, won't it? Not too many people there last season from memory (could be wrong about this though, as the memory was strongly inhibited by alcohol).

Still, bang on about the fragmentation being a potential issue. Only if the rest of the original FZ doesn't fill up that is...

The club have made the decision to expand the Zone, I'm sure they have a plan to communicate and manage this to any renewals in the 20-21 space.

We've got 55 tickets there so it's the start of a whole home end across the South. Let's just say the person responsible has been banished for three weeks.

theres 15 of who bought season tickets together for fever zone down the front of 21 who have now moved on because of tht ccm scandel "bottle throwing" when we wern't even there, and ive just renewed our tickets for the same spot but can't see us being there
- so theres 15 spare seats if ever you need them.

to much of a hassle a we just renewed not like anyone actually gets tickets to the top of 23 or there abouts, but yea im far to lazy and just renewed but there will be 15 spare seats just above where you put that yellow fever sign so if any of you take mates and buy tickets at the gate and manage to get past the security on checking tickets at the start of 21 you may sit there - we won't be telling you to get out of seats haha bobboltontawa22008-06-09 15:00:36

So if you want to be amongst, or near, the noise you need to be around rows E to J. So what are the seat numbers around that area?

I hope effort doesn't get diluted by the spreading out of the zone.

If these don't change, we'll be in

          Row E Seats 62-71

          Row F Seats 62-72

          Row G Seats 62-72

          Row H Seats 61-73

          Row J Seats 61-70

The midpoint between aisles 20 and 21 is about seat 67 or 68.

Does anyone have a map of the RoF with the SEAT numbers on it? I know what aisle I want to be in but can't remember what the seat numbers were I was sitting in last time. And I want to get a season pass for that seat(or in similar vicinity). Wibblebutt2008-06-09 15:19:49

so if you are a member and you want to resign up you have to wait for the forms that the phoenix only sent out over the weekend. then fill them out and you can only renew by sending them back by post with a cheque or credit card  W.T.F  so i have cash in hand and can't go down to the local ticketek to renew  my tickets ???

SOMETHING you failed to mention in your  nice new newsletter TONYP
i knew this couldn't be easy

Yeah bloody ridiculous, I had exactly the same problem. Went to two seperate outlets with cash and old membership passes in hand and still they couldn't do anything?

FFS If I have the money on me and don't have a credit card, how am I supposed to pay for my renewal?

I'm hoping they can reserve my previous seats until a date that they can handle cash transactions, casue I will be pissed off if I lose my seats becasue someone couldn't operate a calculator or open the till!

After reading this thread and calming down, I realise they must just be trying to gauge the interest in renewing seats before allocating them. I suppose this could work as it gives them 2 weeks to organise the zone.
