I'm guessing (hoping) my FZ seats are Silver.

Bit of a jump up from last years prices ($45 if I'm right), but money well spent as far as I'm concerned.

Still haven't gotten anything in the post about renewals though. Do you just ring up from the date or what?

What do you get for the $410 membership?

Yes, the Zone is Silver.  Also remember that the $40 (wasn't it $184 last season) also includes one more game so the jump is in fact closer to $20.

The separating of children and concession tickets is a bit of a bastard. I used to get a family ticket (me, wife and 2 kids both over 16,  but still students) and 2 concession tickets for my elderly parents. Used to cost me $70 per game which was exceedingly good value.

Now I have to buy 2 adult and 4 concession tickets.

Even though I will buy 6 season tickets this year it's still going to cost $990 - even allowing for the extra game it's a bit of a hike.

At $15 per game per head still pretty good value.

Okay so for us Fever Zoners (assuming that's still silver membership), were we to get the benchwarmer bonus it would be:

$225 + $75 = $300

This is assuming that the "with ticket to one game" is a game already covered by the season ticket.  We could therefore get the secret scarf and bonuses along with a FZ seat for less than a prawn sandwich season pass.  That doesn't sound too bad to be honest.  I'm tempted to get the $100 benchwarmer package anyway, and see if I can talk a friend into coming to the game it includes.

Good to have prices and dates known, but I haven't seen anywhere whether our actual seats from last season are reserved...?

All well and good to let members renew early, but that hardly matters if all the FZ seats are gone when I sign up...

Do we get first dibs at our seats from last year?

excellent :)

anyone know how it will work yet? logon to the ticketek website and it will automatically know which seat we had last year?

i guess a better question would be: "anyone know if it will work yet?" :D

I'm assuming you'll have to do it over the phone. Or you order it, and they ring you (like last year) and find out what seat you want (with your ID and stuff so they know'll your previous seat).

what's normal admission?

I will make 80% of games...is it better to buy season or buy each time?

sorry sounds like a school cert math question

From memory (before we bought our season tickets) think it was $28 for fever zone - and you also need to add on the Ticketek booking fee.
Permalink Permalink

I'm pretty sure it works out better just to buy the season ticket when you add on the booking fee each time it soon adds up

Yeah, that was where I was heading ladies.  Couldn't remember the gate price or the booking fee costs.

I'm turning 17 half way through the season, So do I pay $110 for child or $135 for student?

I reckon that if you're still at secondary school you're a child (you're a child on public transport until your ID expires). If you're at university you're a student.

You pay as a Student. Child prices are for 16 years and under.

I also wondered when the cutoff for being under 16 is - my daughter turns 16 in July next year - and it is clearly stated on the Nix website:

-----------------------
2008/2009 Terms and Conditions coming soon

Wellington Phoenix FC - 2007/08 Membership Terms
3. Child memberships (and the child component of family memberships) apply to persons 16 years or younger as at 1 March 2008.
--------------------------------

So presumably the 2008/09 conditions will roll that so that it will apply to persons 16 years or younger as at 1 March 2009. Hence Pure Genius, you are 17 at the point of comparison.

To make it simple I will change it to the age when you purchase your membership. So if you are 16 at that time of purchase then you are eligible for a child price. Hope that helps
