No time & venue announced officially but Sky TV says coverage starts at 9pm & its from Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.

Just like us, the Glory are down on numbers cuz of injuries & playing midweek games to catch up.

Glory will be hurting after the 6-1 drubbing dished out by the Jest over the weekend.

Really need to be winning this game, bring some momentum coming home.

We just snuck past them last time so a real point for us to prove as well.

Excited fir this one. Its a must win really, but the way the scorelines go in this league at the moment anything could happen.

Saturdays performances must surely have given the team a huge confidence boost

Seems like Fornaroli will still be out as well as Keogh and Sturridge so we'll be interesting to see if the back 5 plays more like a back 3 as I can see Perth sitting back.

Lewis got injured in 70 minute if I recall, McGarry came on for him.   Sotirio and Piscopo as well as Payne were missing altogether.
Perth front line is not the same without Fornarolli and Sturridge; Keogh was pretty much MIA against us and it was Fitzgerald, Clisby and Reddy that kept them in reasonable shape even despite Malik being deservedly sent off.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Flop of the season - Sturridge, Can they honestly say he has brought a lot to the club? How can he keep a straight face when he gets his wages every week?? If ever the Nix wanted to take advantage and thrash them, this is it. No doubt the "Old Nix" will show up though.

Called Sturridge from day one as a flop, waste of money, waste of marketing for an injured has been.

They lost 6-1. Hopefully, we can better that!

Every time we win, the next match we get thrashed. Can the curse be broken in Perth?.

Sturridge is out with a Groin injury. Probably hurt it at the Disco.

A positive but sensible article. I didn't realise that Hoops was still with the team, thought he had been let go back home.
I think Uffie likes to stick with ideas that work, so I'm guessing it will be three at the back again on Wed.

Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet

Part of the success as well was the surprise factor, as well as it not hanging out left side out to dry completely and having Sotirio and Piscopo starting so the personnel was stronger.
Don’t think the sitting deep and just defending the way we did at the end of the game is sustainable in too many other situations.

These are all the players out for Perth according to Tony Sage. We really should win this
Those are definitely the banana skin ones! I suspect we could also argue the Phoenix has had a worse time with fixtures than Perth has over the last 2 years - but certainly their injury list is pretty awful.

They care so much for the club that they can't be bothered to check the correct spelling of Fornaroli and O'Neill?

If he can't do much more damage to it by playing, they will give him a pain killing jab and he will play.

Absolute warrior. As long as his long term health isn't compromised, i'm all for it.

Missed that part haha, If its not gonna cause further damage then i'll want him to play but he could be rested for this perth match tbh.

That is one game where he can be on the bench with an ice pack on his toe until the 80th minute, not from the 80th minute.

Sutton out with Covid, McGarry comes back into the XI. Looks like Gael will drop deeper and pair alongside Pennington.

Fire up boys 🔥 COYN! 🦅

Hope we get to see Elliott pick up right where he left off last time. Bit worried about Bally starting with the foot injury but you can't question his dedication to the cause

Jeez, absolutely pissing it down now in Sydney.

Good composed start by the boys however. Glory don't look like they will offer too much, but we'll have to be diligent in breaking them down.

Makes me nervous. Heavy rain and a wet pitch is always a leveller. Plus the chance of injuries increases.
