Wonder how ticket sales are going for this one 13 days out.  Unfortunately or fortunately won't be able to make this one.

Mariners haven't been much better than us so far, even have a worse GD so I think we should be expecting a win here? Just need to get Rufer back

I am pumped for this! Going to take the family along and enjoy seeing the team live in our backyard! Don't think it'll sell out but should be well above 10k. Northern Grand stand is just about sold out. Ticket sales sit at around 8 or 9k at the moment.
Anything above a 10k crowd, would be an excellent result given the team’s form.

Chance to watch a couple of their own in Sheridan and maybe Supyk, plus a long time since any significant mens football game was played in ChCh

Have we even made 10k at the RoF this season other than for the derby?

Nope, although the average attendance is just over 10k.

Queenslander 3x a year.

To kick off our return to the Garden City, we're hosting an epic FREE community event the day before the big match:

📍 Apollo Projects Stadium
🕒 3:00 PM – Gates open (Head to Gate E; South Stand seating)
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM – Open training session
✍️ 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM – Meet the team, get autographs, and snap a few pics with your favourite players!

Also in the latest email (Meet the Phoenix in Christchurch – FREE Community event!), there is a 20% off code for tickets.

T&Cs apply: Discount applies to a maximum of two tickets per promo code. One transaction per promo code. Please note your season pass and/or membership does not include access to this game.

Looking at the stadium map on the ticket website, I think that the grey areas are mostly just not opened up to sales, e.g. half of the south stand.
The blue areas are the areas opened up to ticket sales.

They've opened up a couple more sections in recent days on the north side which were grey last weekend.
I suspect that ticket sales in reality are only a few thousand.

Maybe some waiting to see how we go against Macarthur before handing over their hard earned cash on a team in free fall.

Also probably 2k waiting on the weather forecast and then some gate sales on the day. 12k should be possible you'd think since the team hasn't come here for years. Any less would be a bit disappointing.

Any clue what the Referral Zone tickets are about? I wouldn't mind sitting behind the goals but that is the only option & I have nfi what it is about.

Looks like 60 tickets left in the Fever Zone atm

Anyone able to get their 20% off code to work? Mine doesn't take anything off.

I was gonna buy tickets awhile back & used my code but didn't go thru with the transaction then. I wonder if that used it up :/

When I click on the link from the email it automatically shows all tickets as having 'Phoenix 15% Offer' - I'm a club member rather than season ticket so that's probably why the smaller discount - but maybe clicking the link in the email rather than using the promo code in the email might do it for you?

Edit: I see even clicking on the link that you still have to use the code when selecting the seats, so nevermind that idea I suppose

Has Fever Zone tickets at $30 with or without the code I was emailed :/

It is only a few bucks but still its an expensive trip down there.

Kia ora,

Long time forum lurker, first time poster. I'm going to be tripping up from Dunners for the game and will probably bring a long a few friends (they aren't into football, but we going to beerfest together the same day and they keen to come with me after).

I wanted to ask about the fever presence in ChCh specifically if there are going to be a lot of peeps coming down from Welly or if a lot live in/near ChCh. My friends and I have seats near the fever because I hyped up the fever experience to them after I went to the first derby and had a blast (first game I went to outside of Dunedin and first fever experience) and because the Nix aren't playing very attractive football rn (especially for people that don't know football well) so I had to tempt them to come to the game somehow (although the Macarthur game gives me hope for a good match).

Let me know if there is anything else I should know for the match as I'm trying to ensure my non-football friends have a good time and at the very least, prefer the Nix over Jaffa FC.

Not sure what you and your mates are upto before the game but feel free to come down to Robbie's Riccarton Sports Bar beforehand.  The local Fever contingent have organized a march from there to the stadium. And the march to the stadium's always a good way to get amongst the atmosphere, and get into the spirit of things in the lead up to kick off.

Awesome you're making the trip and bringing new people along! Hopefully it'll be a good game.

We are lucky to have this team up next. We still have a lot of issues but I'm not that nervous about a travelling  2025 ccm.

We should get at least a draw from this, min.

Fever Zone tickets (NC9, NC8) appear to be sold out with just two left in Row H in NC8.

Both teams travelling over from Australia.
Nix on a 5 day break between games.
Mariners on a more restful 8 day break, and coming off a confidence boosting 3-1 win at WSW

Good to hear Sheridan has recovered, who knows, maybe it will be Sheridan who in his hometown comes on and does a Siggy.

Id rather have Piper. Hes a hell of a lot more positive.

He's positive but unfortunately he isn't very good at football. I'd have Sheridan at RB ahead of Piper any day of the week.

He is a young bloke getting paid to play football. Something i bet a lot of other young players and some who arnt so young wish they could do or have done. Never ceases to amaze how some people are so quick to right off players.
Fortunately coaches over the years havnt written Siggy.Rufer, Or Krishna off because a heap of fans had written each one of them off.
Yep he may not push on but at least give the lad a go he certainly shows more fight and a refusal to back down than some other starters in the team.

Looks like there will be a good turnout tomorrow. 10-12k would be very warmly received to be honest.

Northern grandstand pretty much sold-out, bar the small section near the western end of the ground. And there are a good chunk of tickets sold in the Southern stand, even though half of the bays remain unavailable.

12k + in attendance and 3 points in the bag would be a decent day all round for the club!
you're right, probably being a bit harsh/unkind here. It is his first foray into proper professional football. It is probably more accurate to say that he hasn't yet adjusted to the pace of the A-League and his touch and spatial awareness need improvement to be able to regularly play at this level. I don't think that is beyond him, but for now at least, Sheridan is the better player.

Yea, I noticed probably 1000 + tickets snapped up in the southstand over the last 24 - 48 hours, filling up most available bays. I'm a bit annoyed they haven't opened more bays up towards the half way line where most people would want to sit.

Hopefully if the weather is fine we're on track for 12k, maybe even a bit above that.

I find it kind of funny that our last game in Christchurch was actually against the Mariners back in 2015/16, at least as far as I'm aware.

We're picking up from where we last left off at Apollo Projects, but this time we're out for revenge for that 3-1 loss.
