Coach needs to be fired at halftime, could it be worse?

Were just so lethargic.

This is a little different from most performances as it seems the players are checked out. 

The club will lose 6 derbies and then gaslight the fans for not showing up and supporting the club and manager who fluked some results off dire counter attacking football a few years ago. DW about it.

Can someone explain our game plan?

Yep, apart from one little moment of mongrel from Eze it's all looked very pedestrian. Hard to get emotionally engaged when it doesn't look as though your own team is. But maybe I'm being harsh.

We are slow and no real plan to get it into the goal. Hit and hope really. 

Whats the use of any plan if your players lose possession easily and cant make a pass to their own players. While giving up goals easily while not taking half chances created.
Agree Chief isnt blameless but come on the players have to wear some of the blame.

A big fudge you to the club for making us suffer through another ALM season just as awful as the last when you had the chance to do something about it.

Something has got to give! Wtf is this?? It’s round 17. We should be able to string together some passes or have some sort tactic to get the ball forward.

if the league table wasn't as condensed and say were bottom and 10 points (not 4) would Chiefy had been sacked by now?

It’s okay guys, we are only going to be 6 points away from top 6 after tonight, and we have a lot of options off the bench and we had the best week in training all year!!

To be fair it's only symptomatic of a general trend of sloppy, error-strewn play from the Nix for a long while. Personally I gave the season away after the Melb City fiasco. This is not a team or a coach that has the capacity to turn the season around.

It’s just terrible viewing. Not for the first time I’ve turned the game off halfway thru. My time is worth more than this.

Sad thing is our players are better than the performances we get dished up each week. A good coach gets a team to play greater than the sum of their parts. Under Chiefy we are worse than the sum of our parts.

I had a lot of faith in Chiefy after the team came so close a few seasons ago. I’m starting to think that that team was similar to the All Whites 2010 World Cup team in that they succeeded in spite of the coach, not because of him.

Its Porirua Park for me on Sunday. This is just so slow. Always playing back. Even with seconds left in the half...no sense of urgency ever shown except in the last 5 minutes when were already down.

20 seconds in the half left and we get to the byline only to pass it back to half way. What the actual fudge!

We are 2 nil down.

Midfield has been sharke. No movement at all. Armiento and Kartum no work rate on attack. Just stagnat.

Yup, this is crap. Season is teetering on done at this point.

Everything on the line and we show up with this? Fudge all the way off. 

The crazy thing is that Chiefy didnt even need to be sacked at the end of last season. Welnix could have just let him go, his contract was over. They chose this. They actively made this happen. When we all knew it was a terrible idea. They are getting exactly what they deserve. 

Bottom of the table. Chief out. Give green a crack before the derby.

 The big fudge you was the day they kept Chiefy, dude is honestly the worst head coach in the league.

So when is the real Bill going to show up because the one we have is a dud.
So over this shark just dont get the lack luster play of most of most of them. 
Would rather see a team of young guys with some passion for the club.

Came to say much the same. It is so symptomatic of how they are coached that with time nearly up in the half rather than attack the goal they recycle it back to half way. It's so incredibly frustrating!

Rufer and Payne are both showing that they are not up to All Whites standard yet again.
