great to be back, damn it's been hard without the forums for over a week!
must win, simple as that, 5 matches to play, we wins and goals to get ahead of CCM in 6th!
Change has been slow but it has been there, Roar are average so we are in with a chance.

I had come up with this earlier in the week to see what we need from the remaining games to finish 6th compared to how I think the other teams results would go.
Melbourne City would go up to 35 pts now, that game against them is going to be crucial.

Obviously 5 wins would put us with the best chance at almost guaranteeing us finishing in the 6. Todays game is very important to get that much needed momentum heading into the last 4 games if we wanna pull this off.

The chance to do what we have never done before v Brisbane - Win all three games against them in a season.

Recent history against them going back to 2020 allows room for optimism too - 7 wins, 6 draws and 2 losses in the last 15 league encounters.

Need to add to that win total if we are to continue dreaming of scraping into the six.

Likely to be a bit of rain around Brissy today, will help keep it a bit cooler.

Bar Singh, looks like all other starters are fit and available. Feels like we havent been able to do that in a while.

Surprised Carlo is on the bench again. I'd have him on a d retre having a seat....but in Greenie we trust. 

Macarthur's win makes today even more must win. But every game was already a final anyway. Glad that AFC are letting the premiers' plate slip

Eze should have played that first time. The organisation defensively is pretty good so far, picking moments to press and making sure that Roar players are picked up or rest defence is slowing play into midfield.

Najjarine has negative pace

Why do we have to go a goal down before we make an effort?

Payne's return from injury has not seen him playing that well. Good reffing actually giving a yellow there.

95% of the time Najjarine gets the ball our attack breaks down immediately. I know he has a couple of corner kick assists but I will never understand how he has started every week under Chiefy and Greenie

Rufer's misses are a lot better than they used to be.
