I feel so dumb that I didn’t plan earlier as I could have possibly got to this match from Blenheim

Can you get yourself to the cook strait ferry? It’s about $120 for return ticket this weekend. Plus a hotel or a mates house..

Still could.
$150 each way on the ferry as a walk on. Just need to get yourself to Picton

If you are young you could party all night and won’t need accommodation in WGTn.

On one hand, Saturday can’t come soon enough. On the other hand, I don’t know if I want to find out the outcome. It’s better living a world where we can still be the premiers…

Yeah, it's bloody nerve-wracking waiting for Saturday knowing it could be absolutely historic or devastating.

I hope the Nix defence is more organised than my travel plans.

Is anyone here going up to the game from Dunedin and/or travelling from Dunedin to Wellington before Saturday? I left my Nix top in Dunedin

Yeah saw the sports news as well, do you think maybe they are just thinking of Dome mentioning wanting wasn't it 21k or something. But agree would be great if it is true and happens

One news reporting 20k will be at the game??? Would be great if it is true.

Dunno about 20k but looking at Ticketek, its a solid amount of pre-sales with 2 Upper Bays sold out.

It is gonna be a loud Fever Zone with only 19 tickets left in the Upper Section of Aisle 21.

I was thinking of solid 7K but it looks like potentially we might break 10K?
A bit of extra income for the club would be great. Last game to do so.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

PAX is past 5k so we already have 7k easy. I expect at least 12-15 if sales continue strong.

10:24pm on the day before the Waitangi Day match we had a 5890 Pax number posted. So we are a couple days ahead of that 12k crowd

Yeah. We have to remember though that the weather that day was absolutely amazing. With decent weather I can imagine we get about another 4000 PAX on MD for this weekend.
I think assuming the weather is ok, we can safely say this will beat the 12k on waitangi

After the season we’ve had, second place will be disappointing. There’s no way around it.

Personally it'll be a disspointment ill get over quickly if we come away with a trophy. But still start of the season we'd have all taken second without heistation.
