It is. Some countries have the TV rights though, so depends where. VPN set to a server in Spain or Romania definitely works though

 Clear pen. Arm goes over the shoulder and pulls. Red would be harsh but hard to call that a footballing challenge so doesn't get the double jepordy out

Unfortunately it was one of those cases where the players had to mob the ref and make the officials pay attention. We were far too polite.

 Agree, hopefully he has someone in his ear saying that a season as a starter with a coach who knows him well in an environment he knows in a lesser league is better than a season on the bench in a higher league.

Yea Ball is just not contributing much anymore imo. I'm surprised Al-Taay has been left out. He's been brilliant all season, especially in midfield
