from what I could see I reckon Rojas will again be in the mix this week, looked really good today.

also Caceres and Chen could get a go this week. both seemed good. Chen seemed like he was really getting stuck in.

Sounds like Daal's gone

Short-term signing Dyron Daal's stint with North Queensland Fury is over after the
return to fitness of Scottish defender Scott Wilson.

Wilson, out with a foot injury since the pre-season, will sit on the bench on Sunday when the Fury take on Wellington Phoenix in Wellington.

I'm gutted, truly. We were guaranteed at least one Nix goal on the weekend had the Dutch Antillian been playing. He is very tall, and very awful.

Yes, he did score for NQF... But so did Elrich and Old for us...

Yeah, I think thats the team that Ricki will play. Although it will be good to see Caceres come on for maybe Brown or McKain at some point in the middle.

Reckon McKain will be out after knock last week - looked like knee was wrenched or a quadriceps problem.
So in that case, and after what Ricki said post match, I think Lia and Brown will be retained as CM pairing with only one change to staring line-up.

the question still stands though from above, if you are going to play two up front, where is the creativity going to come from in the middle of the park? If you are playing Leo and Daniel out wide,we are resting a lot on the passing abilities of brown and lia...without a  box to box midfielder (which we don't have), 442 isn't an option IMO

Where's O'Dor and Cleberson when you need them?

Manny is cover.  He played there most of the pre-season with Siggy in rehab, and Dura and McKain not always available.

He wouldn't be too bad IMO. He's more of a CB type anyway.

Or maybe we could try hearfield at CB

The person who put together the email that went out to all supporters ' There is no God' is obviously one of the biggest twats i have ever met! I know that you guys that run the Yellow Fever are a bunch of old office pen pushers who think that winning the Wellington indoor football Divsion 16 cup is something of a major success, but to say that He "God" Fowler, never won anything meaningful is total crap!
Go and take a close look at his career, 4th highest scorer in the Premier League, surpassed Ian Rush as Liverpools'  goalscorer, Fa Cup winner 2001, UEFA Cup 2001, League Cup 1995, 2001, Champions League Runners up 2007... hmmm.. so that's nothing eh... but anyway surely doesnt come anywhere close to winning YOUR Capital 14 Div B Certificate..... In footballing Circles (which you are obviously not part of, only the beer swilling fat boys from the Back Benchers) he is the biggest footballer to come here since Beckham! A Footballer who has made close to $400M from the game, and all you can say is 'Karl ' Donkey" Dodd!! you really need to take a look at yourself and see if you really are a Football Fan, not just a pen pushing one!

We were more worried about being struck down by lightning for blasphemy than for making some humorous remarks about a player from our clubs opposition.

Hadn't even considered a Phoenix supporter might get rabid because we made a gag about a North Queensland player.

A few points...

1/  Someone might want to tell Ian Rush that over 100 of his 346 goals for Liverpool now do not count!

2/ Since when has being "Runner Up" counted as winning something?

3/ Why haven't you meantioned the European Super Cup as something that he won?

4/ David Beckham is NOT a Footballer!
