Yeh. You're a bit of a boss of this thread. Sometimes I try but unfortunately I just don't have that passionate fire inside me.

now now the only time i ve had animosity towards you was when you said you would laugh if we lost to brum. now i saw this the morning after the loss and naturally i was feeling pretty f**ked off and didnt mean to insinuate you werent a fan.

Yeah I got a bit caught up in the moment there and it being 4am with no sleep. I certainly didn't laugh when we lost.

my god its been a painful few weeks. thought we were ok again today, should have taken all 3 points really given how dominant we were in the second half, didnt create as many chances as we have done in the last 2 games. had 2 pretty good penalty shouts turned down, cole was clearly tripped by tiote and drogba had a cross blocked by an arm in the box. couldnt see why the first wasnt a penalty. the second im guessing the ref thought it was ball to arm and there was nothing the newcastle guy could do, though if you have your arms out like he did i think it should be given

really disappointing result

Coming up against Fallon and Tommy Smith in next round of FA Cup. Should be a cool game to watch.

Everton this weekend, dare i dream for a win?

tbh though we will have essien back and not 100% sure on lamps or JT just yet but essien should make a big difference.

we need to start a lot better than we have been recently. at the start of the season we were starting well and scoring early ish, which let us dictate play. if we can start well vs everton and not be chasing the game we have shown we get better and create more chances. i dont feel we are too far off being back to winning ways

Very lucky to get a point. Embarrassing from Anelka.

Deserved to only get a point considering Anelka's actions and Terry being a total pratt.  Arsenal, Spurs, and United for the next three games.

I disagree. You could get something from the Spurs game.

Three for me, and two for them.

As all the teams have work out how we play now...fullbacks overlapping..etc etc. the MANAGER now needs to start earning his money and come up with Plan B.....AND SOON.....OR the Russian may be knocking on your door

I'm sure this happened with 'Big Phil' too.. You were cruising, and then we beat you at the Bridge and it all went to sh*t.

got marseille this morning, a win for morale would be nice, already wrapped up first spot. the team will include some youngsters but i think given the lack of form at the moment carlo will also play some regulars to try help them find form

mceachran the only youngster to get a start

hopefully we can regain some confidence

Still 0-0 at the moment. Bruma and Sturridge on for Drogba and Terry. 0-0 ain't the end of the world but would have been nice to score some goals. Especially Drogba.

Ancelotti has nothing to fear as he has the FULL backing of Abramovich........????????...next 3 games will decide his future at the Brigde.

Given recent form would you guys be happy with a draw vs an in-form Spurs side?  Think you can get the three points?  If you win this one it'll do wonders for confidence ahead of Arsenal and United games.

that was a hell of a game, thought we deserved the 3 points when we got the penalty, really gutted drogba missed. definitely some positives from the game though, terry played well, drogba scored in open play and lampard came on. Ramires wasn't hopeless so that was a change too.

got relly sick of hearing the commentators go on about bale, everything he did was amazing according to them, had a cross that didnt go to anyone and all they could say was that it was delicious looking ball, a shot that was high and wide and they marveled at his positioning, another poor last ball and all they said was "it must be hard crossing the ball when you have run that far". then the c**t goes down clutching his leg, screaming and flailing his arm about, trying to get essien booked, when the ref tells him it was no foul he just gets up and walks off

anywho, rant on bale over, all in all i felt we played well and am now a little bit more confident heading into the man utd clash

So true about Bale, exactly what I was thinking. What good is a 'delicious looking ball' into the box when it is 10 metres away from anyone in a white shirt?

Good game though, agreed. Very entertaining.

yes we looked alot better, JT was great so hopefully hes nearly back at full match fitness, Lamps will only get better and drogba looked alot sharper than he has done in recent weeks.

im a but worried about malouda though, hasnt looked that flash the last few weeks, not bad but just very quiet, could be said about the whole team though.

really looking forward to the united game, a bit more confident about that one than i was a week ago
