Ahhh. Super Cup. What a day that was. So, when are you lot in for Falcao? He is the best out-and-out striker in world football right now.

Yea that was painful to watch. Rumour mill spinning saying we're putting up a 45mil offer for January.

Lucky 2 goals today, I can't believe Mata's free kick crawled past the keeper! A good 3 points, let the good times roll :)

Top of the group :) ...only two games in I know but gotta be happy with a 4-0 win

Permalink Permalink

yeah shame the off field stuff doesnt match the on field perfomances.

Can't believe Ashley Cole got pinged 90k pounds for calling the FA a bunch of twats!

Does seem a bit ridiculous that JT could be pulled in front of an FA council after the issue has been thrown out by a real court of law

... you're not Serbian by any chance?

no but you got to hand it too him for his squad rotation.
bringing in Clattenburg for Webb was a masterstroke.

Anyone else watching the Capital One Cup match v ManU?

Hazard just kept us in with a cool penalty in the last seconds of the match, bring on extra time

If Man United have the refs in their team, the refs are doing a shocking job. Given two penalties away.

Sorry to go off topic, but I see michaelme posts here a bit. Just wanted to remind you to get your tips in for the tipping comp in the A-League section. Still 3 weeks left in the current tipping season, so you could still avoid relegation.

Again, really sorry guys.

Moses to the rescue again!

Stoked to have taken the 3 points today. Equal top of the group with 7 points, sharing with Shaktar.

Next game is away at Juve, need at least a draw. They are just one point behind and have the same goal difference as us.

I'm expecting Shaktar to do well against FC Nordsjaelland, so doing well against The Old Lady is crucial if Chelsea are to make the top two and progress to the next stage.

C'mon you Blues

I think we have the talent to do it and should beat juventus.  But we need to sure up that Defence.

Yeah should be right once Terry and Cole are back from Suspension and injury.

Just watched the delayed game after work, how good was Oscars goal! 4 goals in 4 Champions League games, just awesome.

JT seriously injured.

Three for me, and two for them.

I hope the injury isn't as serious as it looked.  We're a different team when he's on the pitch.

Not everyone upset to see him injured it seems:

Apparantley hes had the scans done on his leg and its not as bad as they thought, he'll be out for a few weeks rather than months.

Looks real nasty close up though

He was found guilty by the FA but was acquitted on the same charge in a court of law.

I am not defending him at all cause I, like millions of people know exactly what he said.

I was just making the point.

Need Shaktar to get one over Juventus, and need to deal Nordsjaelland a massive defeat
