you dont honestly think we would be doing a whole lot better with rafa in charge??
We'll never know, will we? However, I personally believe we'd be doing better. I'm not talking about the title, or even top four, but we'd be better than this. The team doesn't have a fking clue. From front to back. Poulsen is rubbish, 4-4-2 is sh*te cos we don't have the players to play it, Roy doesn't makes subs even when its clear we need to change, he plays Meireles on the right, he doesn't play Agger etc etc. He doesn't have the tactical brain and now all you fkers can see what Rafa actually had to work with and that we were always punching above our weight under him.
Yeah, agree with TheKop. I almost feel sorry for Roy, cos he simply isn't good enough. But, tbh, I almost hate him now. I hate his interviews. I hate that even I can see what's wrong with the team and he can't. I hate how he doesn't change it, and how people don't give him as much sh*te as they gave Rafa.
We were fking competing with Rafa, not getting outplayed by Sunderland and Blackpool at home.
If Rafa was sacked for purely footballing reasons (not getting top four) then its reasonable to expect us to get top four with the new manager- to show the improvement. So suddenly its unrealistic and unfair on Roy to be able to get top four? Then why sack Rafa, eh?
Rafa had his flaws, for sure, but he was in control. He fought for us. "Went to war" for us. He worked in impossible conditions and did well, despite what you were told. And now you can all see.
Hate to say it, but I told you so. Sacking Rafa is the worst thing this club has done. He was holding this whole fking ship up. Too bad some morons in our own fanbase couldn't fking see it.
Soz, I'm a lil drunk and a lot pissed off.
