Pretty good, awesome through ball to set up the 2nd goal got subbed in the 70th min i think, not sure how our so called target "Modric" went only caught the last half at skycity tv was too far to see who he was. Some of the croatia team were AWESOME. thank god englands out

They could have done with Cashley as well. Wayne Bridge had a shocker.

Cashley has never rediscovered the form he had when playing for gunners, what england need is a cesc

helb. flamini, cesc diaby, gilberto and RVP are out for tomorrows game, the mid will have to be diarra and deneilson i guess. Bendtner or edcurdo could get a start up front with ade as both have been playing good for countries. Bendtner has scored 2 goals this week

I don't know about hard (think about recent Carling Cup games) but certainly a lot more difficult.

The game is Sunday 3.40am SS2.

I guess midfield:

Eboue-Diarra-Denilson-Rosicky

Up front:

Walcott-Ade

I'd like to see Theo get a start up front. He looks a lot better there. (edit)

But yeah, Eduardo looked very sharp against England and will be hard to displace.

Rosicky-Diarra-Denilson-theo

Up front:

Silva-Ade should be a interesting line up

With all these injuries from the international matches, all I can say is thank goodness Domenech keeps ignoring the best french left back at present so Clichy doesn't get injured.

Sky send out an email to all its business customers with a list of all the major live sporting events each week (i got the one for the backbencher yesterday) is said that the newcastle vs  liverpool was on at 1:30 am and Bolton vs Man U at 3:40 am. the online guide and the decoders programme guide both state the arsenal game, so im hoping the muppets at sky business just stuffed up.

I'm no Wenger, but heres the team i'd put out;

                Almunia

Sagna     Toure   Gallas    Clichy

Eboue    Denilson  Rosicky Theo

                Ade    Eduardo

Bench: Lehmann, Senderos, Diarra, Song, Bendtner

I suspect though that Rosicky will be on the left, Diarra will come into the middle and Theo will drop to the bench

But on the plus side there is mini TV's above the urinals so you won't miss a minute!

Hahaha! I'll give them a call to see if they'll screen it.

If they are, I'll be wearing a Fabregas away shirt so come say hi.

Well the lady seemed slightly clueless but suggested that they don't normally show the football.

I may have to resort to streaming unless a venue can guarantee me the match.

They've got TV's all over the place in there which i've watched football on before but maybe they just show whatever is on Sky Sport.

Any other suggestions? I'm keen as to watch it in town somewhere

Good win this morning. Even though the goals came late, it always felt like we were about to score.

And LOL at Manure getting turned over by Bolton - thank you Anelka!

oh man, rosicky played so well in my bias opinion, all because he wasn't stranded on the wing all game...maybe he could get some time in the middle?

I thought Sagna was incredible this morning. So solid in defence (admittedly we weren't tested a lot) but he really shines on attack too. He looks like one of the better crossers in the team tbh.

Rosicky looked a little lost at first but came good during the game - great to see.

Was impressed with Walcott and Rosicky but that was about it. Dull game but still happy to get the win.

he did look lost at first but then i dunno he started playing more in the middle, as for sagna he looks very good great signing As for walcott he played very well upfront...showing us what he can do

I think Sagna has to be the No.1 signing by any club this season. What other team has bough a player over the summer who was an instant first start, plays like hes been in the squad for years, and is so consistent its scary. Other clubs have bought higher profile players, but between injuries and some shocking games (I'm looking @ Tevez and Torres in particular) no one else was so unheralded and has performed so well. the only players who come close are some of Portsmouth's African imports.
