DAMNIT i missed the whole freakin game due to a breakfast meeting with clients arrrrrh, 6-0 WOW what an effort, from what i read so HELB has been on fire, great to hear walcott scored a couple, good to see him repaying wenger's faith. Was walcott playing stiker or wing???

They are league leaders in Czech Republic but they are the weakest team in our group.

helb is on fire this year, i thought if he got 10 in all comps that would be a good effort for him this year but looks like he will pass that. Finally we have filled in the the gap mr robert pires left.

Agreed - Hleb is awesome right now. The first goal of the evening was my fave, with Hleb fooling two defenders on the wing then executing the perfect pass to Cesc, who curved it around a defender and the keeper. Brilliant stuff!

Nipped home at lunch and saw all 7 goals on espn. Great stuff. Not an individual goal amongst them - 6 great team goals + a mistake from them which was nicely capitilised upon by theo. God damn we are the SH*T!!!! Absolutely amazing. Walcott was outstanding. Hleb was outstanding, fab was outstanding, ade was good. The back flicks and beautiful one-touch passes were coming from everyone in the team, i stopped trying to see who had passed the ball after a while. We are so good to watch it's amazing.
 
Bring on liverpool, i really think we can wipe the floor with them. Our confidence is sky high.

just saw the goals on footytube, WOW what team goals did we score, the one touch passing was awesome, i thought cesc 2nd goal was the best team work i have seen in footy for yonkers. we could have easly got a couple more. The best thing i like about this game how was we were
celebrating as a team. Even i get suprised by how good we play sometimes LOL

Liverpool HAVE to be worried! After missfiring of late, i think we can run loops around them. of course they will be harder on us physically, but we have shown we can work through that! hard to name a fav goal, but (i will) the second for walcott had the best bulid up passing! so so fast! woohooo!

scoreline predictions vs Liverpool. I'm guessing 4-0 to us. I reckon they will try and put crouch up front to repeat their win last time, but this time we will have defenders all over him and we will cut out all their long ball play. I also think that while Fabregas will obviously start, i reckon Hleb might come inside a lot and be the play-maker, as Cesc will be man marked a heap. I also think Rosicky will start this game, with Adebeyour up front on his own. Gerrard will have a sht game, and at least one Liverpool player will get a red card.

i think it will be a bit tighter then that maybe 2-1, Cesc is too good to be a marked man, i would mind seeing rosciky playing just behind ade so he can let off some long range shots. I hope walcott rips it up again, personally i dont want him to start playing stiker this year because that would make bentdner 5 choice which would be a total waste cos i think he has massive massive potential. Man its going to be hard for wenger to keep the bench players happy as most would be in starting 11 for most clubs

yeah its going to be hard with liverpool losing midweek and they are usually pretty tough at home. On a sidenote SCUM manager martin jol "resigned" this morning

I had a dream the night before last that we ripped them apart 4-1 and Adebayor hit a 25 yard screamer. You heard it here first...

Can't believe chelsea put 6 on man sh*tty last night. I picked a draw for that one... I kinda thought after all that's happened chelsea wouldn't be in the hunt this year, but it looks like they will be... could be the closest race for some time. If liverpool pick up their act (after this game of course) it could be a four way race. That would be super exciting.
 
Hleb will play a big part in this game i think. Ubergunner is right in the fact that fabregas will be heavily marked, but that's a good thing i think. If rosicky and hleb both start then we have two quality playmakers who will have a lot more space to dominate the game should fab be double marked. Remembering that hleb and rosicky were both the central playmakers at their old clubs, and they still are for their countries. I agree we will play with just Ade up front, and that's a good thing. We are usually successful against the big teams with that formation. Walcott to come off the bench in the 2nd half? If we're level or behind he'll probably come on at striker, but if we're winning he'll come on to the flank i think.

only managed to watch the last 20mins due to a binge drinking weekend LOL, yeah i agree kinda gutted we didnt take the 3point, if the cesc shot had gone in, what the pass from helb and top finish from cesc. How good was the tackle from gallas on gerrad in the dying mins. We still havnt seen the best from gallas in a arsenal shirt. Good to see bendnter come on, he still needs to get used to the pace of top level games. How did ade play??? helb is unstopable at the moment. Maybe after the man u game we could give cesc and helb a rest. i think we miss RVP in this game a tad

Ade wasn't up to much. I'm not really convinced about playing him up front by himself tbh.

All in all I'd say our defence played well (bar the wall breaking up to allow the free kick in). Almunia looked very good. Rosicky looked a bit out of sorts and Eboue is a bit of a clown (but a likeable one).

Cesc and Hleb were solid. Walcott and Bendtner both looked lively when they came on.

Overall a decent performance.

I'm going to miss the Man U game unfortunately.

Man u game should be a real test for our defence, if we can get 3point out of that game it will do us wonders for the rest of the season. Cant wait to see clichy vs ronald, if gallas can stay fit we will have the best centre back combo in the comp, in saying that our right n left backs are right up there. Is it just me or has sagna not put a foot wrong all season???? he looks like he as been playing for us for years

Cesc, Hleb and Gallas were all class overnight. Bit lucky i spose to get the point so i'm happy to take it, i mean a point at Anfield is a point well won usually so yeah, still top!!

Can't wait for the Man Yoo game it's gonna be a blockbuster if i ever saw one.

Ferguson was in the crowd. im betting he will spend all week working on his teams fitness. i reckon some of his younger players will get a start and giggs, scholes and nevilles will come off the bench.

Sorry mate i meant Eduardo, As for gilberto theres a certain calmness about him that i like, he must be gutted not playing considering he was 1 of our best players last season if not the best. I think we should start with him against man u, maybe to man mark rooney

Yes. Thinking about today I'm not surprised Walcott came on in favour of him, given his recent form off the bench. But I am a little surprised that Bendtner was chosen over Eduardo. I'm guessing Wenger was going for some physicality up front.
