Don't you just love these warm fozzy's? A poll would be great but it would be hard to be piggy as there are just so many I could kermit to. It's never gonzo well on a thread than this beauty.

My indecision is sad. ler ching around from one thing to another. My health is in a fraggle state as a result of these puns.

So HN has this thread by the short and curlys. We better improve the quality of puns or his paws will be all over it. I can catagorically guarantee that!

Thankyou... trying to come up with puns like that is a Big Birden to carry.

Oh, it's muppets and puppets and things now is it? I can't leave this place for two minutes.....

So the gloves are off, I need a pun with a bit of punch. Have to sort out who's pulling the strings here. Can't be me, 'cos I can't tell my arse from my elmo. That's it, I'm off to have a beaker of coffee now..

Actually, as this is a football forum. I was going to mention pre-season training. It might be just the ticket for getting this thread back on track again. Set a platform, if you like.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Pre season training? That has caused a low comotion here, as I have no track suit.

You don't need a track suit, Harry. One of the good points about this is that all you need is a pair of trainers. Don't get too focussed on the track suit, don't want you getting tunnel vision.

I'm still chooing on this change in direction. It takes great carriage to make such moves. Still, he did signal his intentions loud and clear.HarryHotspur2008-02-01 11:31:51

This thread never stays stationary, what with the interchange-able topics... Hope it doen't run out of steam. Personally I think it will go for some thom as the tank of puns never seems to get empty.

You're right there'll never be an empty tank as long as the Americans keep making them! But sometimes the traction can get a bit lost!

Glad to see we're not charging at these puns like a bullet a gate.  Going back to the good old days, Gareth Ainsworth is noted for his small arms expertise

Glad to see this thread's becoming more of a joint effort, almost seemed to be being run by a skeleton staff there for a while. The radius of our punnery seems to be expanding and the good natured ribbing seems to be on the increase....
