When ads stream perfectly but the video you want to watch runs like shark.

Use your ad resources to make the video work better FFS.

Thats what all the 3 News video clips do. The Suzuki ad runs great but the video rarely plays. I do wonder if its deliberate

It will be because that's where the money is made so they put more resources into ensuring it runs smoothly.

I understand it but it's fudgeing annoying, especially when videos don't play so you refresh and get the damn ad again.

Tegal, everyone one shoukd vote for the one least likely to win which in this case will probably be the ISIS i spired black and white Koru flag. The ISIS inspire black and white fern flag will probably finish second. This way if the Koru one wins and comes up against the encumbant one, the encumbant one will hopefully retain it's place and status and John Key's legacey to himself will be banished. Hopefully he will be too.

I really don't get the outcry about this flag debate. If you don't like the flags, don;t vote. I personally think one of them is head and shoulders about the other 3 and the current one.

Some people do get uppity when it comes to change.

They're just all a bit...crap...though and the timing is suspicious that's why some people are against it. It's a bit of a smoke screen.

I have the opposite problem.Takes 3 minutes for a 30 second ad to play.Programme plays quite well with the odd pause.

You know black and white things existed before ISIS right?

I hate that I desperately want to change the flag but am probably going to be stuck voting to keep the existing one.  I don't think any of the four are good flags.  I was expecting some fern flags in the final four, (and if the right fern, probably would have voted for the simple silver fern on black back ground), but somehow we have been given the choice between three ferns and a baby fern.

Taking the piss a little, but the koru (4th option) is a traditional design based on the unfurling fern frond.

Black & White may have been around before ISIS but sadly they have not got the global recognition and are easily identifyable. They are certainly more well recognised globally than a a Silver Fern flag in the big scheme of things at the present point in time. Maybe things will change, one hopes so. But black has always been a symbol of death going back the black plague.

Interesting views on this site, both serious and humouress.

Took these clowns to court a few years ago and won resoundingly. Even the judge gave them shark for not being properly prepared after I caught them out a couple of times. They wouldn't shake hands after which also made me laugh. Good times!

So he just leaves the country with $250k cash in a briefcase, gets out of the airport with it, back into NZ and NO ONE in customs in either country sees this? What a load of bullshark.

The nothing to declare aisle is great. It wasn't drugs or food so the dogs wouldn't have smelled it, and I assume that US dollars just look like papers in a briefcase on an x-ray (if his carryon luggage was even x-rayed getting on a plane in the pre-9/11 world). Plus, wasn't the voting done in Switzerland? I don't think you should be surprised at the Swiss authorities turning a blind eye to large amounts of cash leaving their country.

People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis. You can't trust people.

Whether he did or did not and I am with JV on this in believing he would not do it, this sort of thing pisses me off where someone is tried in the court of public opinion after their death with no chance to defend themselves.

He was tried while he was alive and my recollection is that very few people in that trial would be reomtely surprised by this revelation.

I cannot buy a drink today, my birthday, in Guatemala because of the general election rules. No alcohol sold from noon the day before the election until 6 the day after the election. This means I couldn't have a drink on my NZ time birthday either.
