Yeah, could have easily had one sent off after about ten minutes when we pl;ayed them for abusing the ref.

Yea theres a few that could call themselves Martians. They are definitely dwindling in numbers now though.
That was a massive game. Remember it well, especially the part where you were leading 4-3 in the last 2 or 3 mins.

I remember the Martians hitting the woodwork in extra time which would have made it 5-4. The relief of finally getting a point was immense.

we play them this weekend too (petone that is) should be good. we'd be alright if we could score more goals we don't often lose by too many, but to be fair we have blown a couple of chances. oh well someones got to prop up the senior mens divisions right?

It was tucked away, (hope you havent jinked yourself with that comment). Ref blew for a foul near the box ran from other side of pitch saw the skid marks were in the box so changed it to a penalty!!! DODGY!!

Yea it was a pretty good showing from us today. The Nth Welly guys were probably hard done by. They competed well for the whole game and had chances but were let down by some half dodgy defense.

i have no idea what happened. we had a couple of chances but didnt make the most of them but Petone did well, pushed a number of players forward which we had trouble tracking back and marking, for instance had to slide across to mark one guy turned around and there was three more behind me. well played, much more enjoyable than playing olympic 
Can forget that one and start again with the split division now.
