For the simple reason that bobboltontawa2 is a complete KNOB I actually want to see WU win this one. Sorry Tawa, the guy is doing you no favours.
Hey 2ndbest, is this a win-win for you? If WU win, you stay. If Tawa win, you just go back?

Its no longer a problem.

How can you put a central league standings up to Tawas.. its a total different league and WU have come close to taking 3points of few opponents including us.

Yeah but Red Sox defense was woeful, and Tawa didn't look that terrifying.

As for Hicham (I thought that was his name), the very big and strong and fast Iraqi (again i believe) WU have up front

yea i know who he is... but what has he done?

Only scored some of the best goals seen in Central League this season.

Wgtn Utd to win 3 - 1

As 2nd Best has said we should best ignore numpty, as he should now be known. He can only attack W United rather than proclaim the positives of tawa.  Whoever wins after the two legs I wish them well for next year. Although I am going for 2nd Best to return as guardian in the CL with WU next year.

Yes, I am sure Sean's confidence was boosted by smashing a few screamers past the 15 year old in goal.

Though I think Sean psyched the keeper out with his 50 yard run ups

Please see previous post referencing Geoff romijn (scores 1 every 10 years) chipping 2nd best twice in a pre-season match.

Geoff claims they were intended, his previous track record would suggest otherwise. I guess without video proof we will never know

Back on topic....

This is the central league promotion/relegation thread.  Not the Geoff Romijn vs Dale Warburton thread on a pre-season friendly that was a few years ago.

They practically are. Wouldn't be pointless if it was United vs Gisborne City.  Rules are made at the start of the season so have to stick by them.

I would rather play on my home pitch than anywhere else,  so I think the rules are fair

there is a difference between 40-50,000 and 100-200.

The only benefit of home ground advantage is the travel.
