Ninkovic and Brillante also started against CCM. Wilkinson may have picked up a knock against CCM, Connor Pain clattered into him on the weekend. That bench though, would have the first 4 listed there in our team.

Glad our next opponent has a midweek match, let's hope it actually matters this time. I hope this goes to extra time to give us a chance at getting points this weekend.

Berisha absolutely blew that.

What is going on with Jason Geria this season? He's been plain awful. That was madness passing the ball to Ansell under that kind of pressure.

Brattan opened the scoring with a controversial goal, was Cahill interfering?

Berisha missed a sitter

And the Argentinian Flying Mullet, Brandan finished off the Victory after a Geria shocker

Cahill had to duck to get out of the way of it, therefore interfering with play in my book

Yep, I think that this should be a pretty clear offside. Whether or not it actually falls within the current definition of offside - someone more knowledgeable than me would have to chime in.

The current definitn would include.... who is it? Tim Cahill. Oh well, give him the benefit

City have tweeted a cleaner version of the goal, the assistant on the far touch line actually flags him offside but I guess Evans over ruled him.

Thomas moves pretty late, basically only after the ball is passing Cahill. From his point of view he would not easily be able to tell if Cahill is offside and has to wait and see if Cahill will play the ball.

I saw that Rojas had a goal disallowed as Berisha was offside but Berisha being offside probably had less of an impact on City defence and GK than Cahill.

Havent found video of it but heard Berisha tapped it onto Rojas

It's a cross from the left and bounces over Berisha to Rojas on the back post. Not sure if Berisha got a touch.
