Penalty Macarthur, Germain converts.  0-1

Am I crazy or was that a very soft penalty? Raphael's already crossed the ball before the tackle came in, there is no stud or even boot contact on him and he just seems to have fallen over the defender's legs.

As you say, it's contact after the ball has gone. So it's a foul. Those normally have advantage played if they happen in the middle of the park.

Not WU's day. That is a harsh offside call.

Strange game, both defences are like Swiss cheese.

Must be a sense of injustice from the ex-fullback in me!

I am gobsmacked that Uli's hand up into the neck and throat of the WU player has gone unpunished.

Meanwhile the league's worst striker actually gets a goal.

Pennington got a red for that last season. No consistency

Wonder if they'll do something about it after the game.

I've only tuned in for the second half but this is a good game. We probably want WU to hit some form for when they play CCM next week, and we probably want Macarthur to be in a slump when they play us for the last game of the season.

Victory with a late winner. 2-1

They will be up for it on Friday, a huge chance for them to get our lead over them down to 2 points.

Sydney have the wood over CCM, so we probably want them finishing 4th in case CCM win the Premiers Plate. That way they might meet in the semis
