He's contracted to us next season.

Contracts don't mean much in football. Everyone has a price.

Well, with the rumoured culture in the backroom, he'd be mad to go there. They should get Rudan, a much better fit culturally.

Wonder what Hemed thinks of his move, as far as I can tell the only game he's done anything in was the one against us.

Spoke to him, results and culture doesn’t bother him.. he’s happy hes in Sydney and his wife is pregnant again, mentioned they want to return to Israel soon, so he will probably leave end of this season

The only surprise is that they didn't ditch Robinson earlier. He looks like he hasn't a clue and the team's performances confirm it.
Rudan is turning out to be another Mourinho, just minus the trophies.

Listen here fudgeface!

Works in our favour based on head to head between Uffie and Rudan (4 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss).

Could be a match made in heaven, or just as equally likely, a slow motion train wreck. Either way, could make for some half decent watching. One thing for sure is that there won't be a bedding in period over there. They'll want results from the get go, so the pressure will ramp up quickly if things don't turn around for them on the pitch.

Well that is welcome news for WSW fans, a massive chance for someone to come in and fix the club from the top down.

Puts the 'Talay to WSW' rumours to bed for awhile hopefully.

Corica is off contract, so that is the next worry.

People saying that Bosnar is Rudan's brother in law. That is a bit suspicious.

If he didn’t have an official position he couldn’t have been the person with responsibility for Rudan’s contract. There’s got to be one or two other people avoiding blame here.

Western United did us a favor poaching him before things turned (more) to shark here.

The other thing mentioned there is something I brought up, which is the clubs are poacher and gamekeeper on salary cap breaches and avoidance under the APL regime.

I remember the fallout with Burgess when he wanted to leave WU/Rudan and they did not let him go to Sydney for a year. And that harassment lawsuit with an academy player. It’s hard to keep track.
I wonder which club is stupid enough to hire him next.

Yep, we're lucky Burgess followed Rudan too.

No sure if accessible in NZ, but a SBS doco on WSW starting up, and alot of the anti football stuff that came with it.

Just watched with a VPN. Really good doco, need more media like this on the league

I think CCM might have had a film crew following them during this season, could swear I've seen some mentions by their fans on Twitter. I could be totally wrong about this tho.

While SBS is no longer available via Optus satellite like it used to be in the 00's, a lot of their regular stuff is posted by them to their YouTube channel, including World News, documentaries and so on.   But VPN is still the best if you want to make use of the SBS On Demand portal which is otherwise geoblocked.

Just got around to watching this. A very enjoyable watch.

Made me want to see something similar about the Nix one day - just a good doco about the history of the club from those that were there in the stands, on the pitch and in the backroom staff

SBS (Soccer Bloody Soccer) do some quality stuff. Fortunate in Australia to have them and ABC who are both Govt funded.

You won't find much quality stuff on the commercial networks. Whenever I visit NZ (god awful TV everywhere in my opinion), ever more thankful for the Aus Govt funding a couple of stations here.
