I heard Steinmen and some other guy were interested in coming to the Nix. Who knows? He might not be Brisbane bound after all. At least he wont spend most of the game passing backwards should he return.

Guess those Young discussions haven't gone well?
seems like there's quite a lot of goalkeeping talent around with young goalkeepers stepping up all over the league, bit of a shame for the Victory to spend an import slot on one - although good for the rest of us if they waste a Visa spot I suppose.

Any murmuring about where Mustafa Amini might end up? would be fascinating to see him back at CCM.

If we need a striker look no further than Charlie Austin. Just been released by West Brom. Has been scoring for fun whilst on loan at QPR. Seems when he plays for the hoops his scoring record is great but not at other clubs. The Hoops are trying to tie a permanent deal with him but dreams might be free for the Nix too. Him and Ball and Waine up front = Goalski's.

Announcing Davila in the lead up to our match would be an absolute dick move.

If it is, and such eventuates that the game is a dead rubber for us, would anyone else be happy to give Oldy the run and just leave out Dávila

Definitely if game is a dead rubber, give Old a start. Push Lewis forward and drop an injured Piscopo to the bench.

You'd also rest Ball as well (carrying an injury). Start Sotiro. Even give Mcgarry an extended run up front as an experiment.

You can still give Davila a farewell cameo off the bench, which would be fitting. Not his fault if MAC do a sharkty thing by announcing his signing pre game.

If our finals shot is gone then I'd be disappointed if we started a half-fit Davila over an academy product who needs minutes at the level.

If there's any chance that a win keeps us in the running, I'd be disappointed if we don't start him (hamstring allowing).

Sounds like it might be Milligan hanging up the boots.

A good sauce reckons Macarthur have signed DDS as well as Davila. Guess they are gonna play 4-2-2-2 next season.

Nice way to sign off with that goal. Davila will be wishing he’d done the same...

Maybe Davila will score a couple on Friday to make up for it

Genuinely not fair if they have Macca and Leckie next season. Especially if Nabbout is fit/in form. Good god
