Don't crucify them it is obviously a corrupt transfer file from Ticketek as only Ticketek are the ones with my new address. (Yes 2 letters recieved)

Finally!! after renewing my season tickets a couple of weeks ago, ticketek have finally charged my visa cards for the tickets....i've never been so glad to have money taken from me

Just checked, and I've been charged, but there isn't any booking fee. Not that I'm complaining...

Just checked our details online and we have our new seat numbers and c/c has been charged. Will have a look at the banking online just to make sure.

6 days until stripey 2 (son of stripey) is revealed

I have never missed a home game at the stadium since inception. I recd a request to renew my season ticket by way of letter addressing me as Mr Paul Bartlett.

When will be sort out the admin - yes a simple data base error but with no new signings, no apparent funding, an unbelievably naive attempt to source funds from some dodgy geezer abroad and mounting pressure on El Tel - I am a very worried fan.

I will no doubt purchase my season ticket but - will we have a team in the league come October?

I sincerely hope so.

In fact, more than ever we need a dose of football with this RWC just about killing me and it has not even kicked off. To digress - isn't that advert with the sergeant major clown the most annoying thing ever seen on telly?

Anyway I log in about once a year so thought I would have my say.....

on the phone it appeared they could grasp the idea of me and my son standing next to each other

but in the email there's a seat between our two

Anybody know when the new members bookings will be processed? I need to make sure I have enough money on my account for when the payment goes through.

It's all a bit random. I think they do it in batches, but usually within a couple of weeks of purchase. I did my order on the 19th, and it was taken from my credit card on the 29th if that helps.

I rang up today, for new members they are doing them the day after the order is placed, so all of yesterdays bookings were processed today.
