ST not arrived so quick ring to Brenda, Paper ticket in email within 2 minutes. Nothing in the post today and now with deliveries only 3 days a week, I didn't want to hold my breath.

Brenda is a legend in my world.

I have a mate whose season ticket hasn't shown up and is likely to have to get a ticket for Saturdays game emailed to him. Will he be able to get his membership pack or wait until he gets the letter with his actual season ticket.

Again this has been poorly handled.  It's not bloody good enough. No wonder some people haven't bothered when this happens time and time again.

Yeah it's understandable you need to renew at least a few weeks before the first game to make sure you get the stuff on time. The login issue was poor though. Seems to be sorted out as I went through forgot password yesterday and was able to set a new one and login and looked like I could renew that way but since it was so close to the first game I figured it was best to phone to make sure it goes through and get e-tickets for this week at the same time.

Naaaaa. I order the second day and the website was a dog back then. no confirmation that the sale went through and only one season pass turned up.

Rang Brenda, the day before I would lose my previous seats, renewed and paid.  Had my tickets for 2 weeks.

But Apartment mail is only delivered 1 or 2 times a week so letters can take a week to get across town

I renewed mine on the 15th of August and got my ST on the 10th of September. My mate was a first time season ticket purchaser and bought his on the 15th of August as well. Hasn't shown up yet.

Why anyone uses the website when there's the hotline is beyond me.. It's sooo much easier, and friendlier!

Living in Auckland here, got a membership a couple of weeks back and just got an envelope from Ernie accusing me of not having my membership for this season renewed! Shall I wait it out and count it as a mistake since I know the packages for out of Wellington arrives late, or should I give the membership helpline a call just in case tomorrow?

If the boss is writing to you it's serious shark, so I would call him if I were you.

Seems like it's a common theme among most clubs - Brisbane, Welly and City have all had members complain about their memberships arriving late.

Does anyone know if the car parking under the stadium is still $15 this season or has it gone back to $10 or is it $30 - For season ticket holders there an hour before kick off??

Yay we crossed the 3k mark, but every other club also went up.

Victorys membership base is the population of a medium sized town.

3k3k3k ?. It is like we just scored the first goal of the season.

As for parking they were still advertising $15 for ST holders. But unsure if that had changed?

Still $15 to park at the stadium on match day but I thought there's restrictions in that you have to be parked at least half-hour before kick off. Or something.......

Does getting a 6-match membership contribute to the membership numbers? Cause I might be getting that.

So apparently buying a season pass doesn't let you through the gates into games anymore. Who'd have thought.

yep, a lot of people, myself included, had their season tickets refused at the gates. What do we have to do to sort this out before the next home game?

I got through the gates (after my season ticket came up Access Denied) at 7-15pm and noticed a massive queue to collect the membership pack. I didn't want to risk missing the start of the game so thought I'd go back at halftime because surely, they would be trying to allow as many people as possible to collect them.....oh no, it was closed. I'll obviously have to get to the stadium a lot earlier next time.

It wouldn't be a nix membership if everything didn't go wrong.

I crashed the whole system. They had to close the turnstile as it was not coming back.

So what is ticketec going to do before our nextgame when the same thing will either happen again umless they reprogramme their turnstiles. Perhaps we should ask, how many season ticket holders got through without any issues?
