Such a good source that you have to post it on multiple threads, hmmm? At least this way you get plenty of that sweet, sweet attention.

Why so hostile?

Should ask the poor guy standing behind her at the last home game about that hostility...

In fairness though, it only needs to get posted in one thread really. Any more and that's just trolling for comments (specifically a post of that nature)

True, but I read it and thought "hmm, that's interesting", not KILL KILL DEATH DEATH. I get the impression Doloras loves the Phoenix, but hates everyone else.

I too thought it was interesting the first time I read it. Reading it a few times I though 'hmmm this is trolling'

It was overzealous, sure, and revealed a distinct lack of decorum, indicative of less-than-stellar breeding, methinks. *puffs on pipe*

OK so listening to the vetch snippet, GM comes across as quite strategic and is clearly thinking about the long term. For those who believe that NZ deserves a top class winning professional club that's "sustainable", having influence over direction is a fundamental and desirable attribute of football club ownership. He does pay credit to the team's work ethic and concedes that it takes time to effect major change.

I say we give the owners, the team and the coaching staff some time to breath, collect their thoughts but in the meantime give them the backing to get it right. What have we got to lose? Can't go down and it's unimaginable we could get so low but we are where we are.

last in a 10 team league is as bad as it can get especially after the preseason promise of targetting top two - it's a pretty big fall. Especially given this season we actually had preseason buildup, no ownership issues, no bankruptcy bollocks - ie the best preseason ever and we fininsh last? If you don't see something odd, ironic about that then you are blind!

All of that sounds fine - but what have they actually done regarding on field performance?  It's the same players, same coaching staff so what is going to drive this change from being 4-6th to 1st - 2nd?  You can't just click your fingers - this is where sport is different to business.  They may have a strategy for the club, but I don't see any strategy for changing on field performance

Wouldn't it be worse being bottom in a league of 28? The smaller the league the harder it is to stay out of the bottom 2 or 3 positions.

After today, my view (IMO) still stands - Ricki has run out of ideas.  We need fresh ideas and someone new asap.

Here's an idea. Let's learn to pass and rest Dura and Siggy until they get their brains back.

Can anyone tell me what they do at training?

The list of what they appear NOT to do is as follows:

Passing
Shooting
Crossing
Free kicks
Corners
Throw-ins
General defending

And the rest?  Not a lot seems to be getting onto the park at the weekend in terms of what they are doing during the week.

How about you head down to a training session and see what they do for yourself before criticising the training sessions.

Yeah I'll just take a day off work to go watch them train.

They have daily sausage sizzles. Lochhead head chef, while the rest of the boys line up with their bread. Ricki and Greenacre on sauce duties.
