Would not surprise me to see them pick him up again once he is fit he seems to be breaking through to the first team pretty well for a domestic player of his age. Also he probably would be quite a cheap option.

With respect to his unfortunate injury, its probably to our advantage and players that come off longer term injuries are less likely to get picked up elsewhere. (note: less likely)

(---)Very pleased to see we've signed this guy. I like the extra height and hopefully the other attributes prove up. The other thing will be his decision making and chemistry with Dura and Sig. My experience says you can be a pretty mature CB at 20 if you've played enough football and had good coaching.and have the smarts/instincts/decision making as well. Touch wood.
These couple of write ups suggest he's pretty composed in senior grand final level football.

That was mjp2 posting in October 2015 about Dylan Fox. I would hope to see him (Fox, not mjp2) on the park now that Rufer, Manny and Siggy won't be there against Brisbane on Sunday.

I remember (I think!!) a Musa/North CB pairing because we were short with suspensions and injuries at one point.
If the boy's ready, he's ready. If he's not, well he's on our books as a CB. We really need a CB. He should have a chance to do the best he can and if he's woeful (and remember Luke Adams didn't seem to do too badly in pre-season for us IIRC and then wilted in the A-league proper) Ernie can ring the changes and be ready to try Vinnie or Doyle or play there himself....Cover is why he's in the squad.
So we have a new signing.
