Sill question, when people say they haven't got their tickets yet, do they mean the tickets that are included in their membership? I'm not a season pass holder this year and bought EzyTickets online yesterday but in the confirmation email I received from Ticketek there was no attachment. Should I be worried?
Im a member and have had neither a confirmation email ezy ticket or anything bloody else. Honestly not confidant at all and may well be joining Lonegunmen in missing my first game.

Just bought tickets to Welly & Auckland. For the Welly tickets, it says say they will be emailed shortly. I got the Auckland one with the confirmation email.

I am a season pass holder but buy 3 season passes. Rang to claim my 6 tickets and was told I would get sent tickets by Friday.

Planning to come down from Auckland for the game so would be good to have received tickets before I leave. I understand that electronic distribution of tickets is easy these days but not sending out tickets with less than a week before the game is piss poor.
Trying to buy a ticket. this is the message that comes up each time. Is the game sold out???
There aren't enough tickets to meet your request right now. Please try a different ticket category or type, with a reduced quantity of tickets. If you receive this message even when selecting only one ticket, all remaining tickets are being transacted by other customers.
Best to give them a ring Barrie 043842457 be prepared to be put on hold. But probably best idea
Thanks Ballane, I was on hold for 15 min, but they were very helpful when connected and said I will get my ticket emailed in the next couple of days. I do wonder how many potential fans fail when trying to buy through their website, and can't find the phone number (I couldn't find one on the Ticketek site and the one listed in White Pages for Wellington is a disconnected number!) and give up. The Nix are potentially missing many many bums on seats.

Quick insight into challenges for Phoenix getting these 2 games off the ground. Useful listen for those not happy about organisation, ticketing, Easter dates etc of these 2 NZ games.

Apparently they are having to use a mix of commercial & charter flights to get 2 squads into Wellington. So more expensive than Home game in a normal H&A season.
And yeah they are running on skeleton office staff this season (since Covid started likely) - so are staffing shortages to deal with, trying to organise these 2 games at short notice. But team hugely looking forward to it.
Ticketek aren't running on skeleton staff, and they don't have to worry about any of the other logistics of putting a game on. Their entire business model is based on selling tickets, and that's why the Phoenix contract them to do so.
It's an absolute farce that 15 years on, we're all facing the same problems with Ticketek year in and year out.
Good news for me, bad news for others. My trip up to Gisborne is now delayed due to the recent storms and slips and I can now make the game.
Where do I start? I'm looking for 1 X Adult & 1 X Child tickets. I've just spent an hour getting completely frustrated by the Ticketec Website. Logged in, selected my seats, put in the CC details and then it asks me to login in again, so I type my password (At least 2 seconds worth of effort) and it says I've time-out.
In theory, I have now bought 3 adult Tickets and 3 Children tickets but my account says I have not bought any. Might I refer you all to my previous post. One FRIGGING job!!
Anyway, anyone got spares for the zone, If not, that's ok. Hopefully, I will get in for my 175th game. I don't think I'll get to Auckland. but the 175 is a good figure to go out on.
