Hutt Rec Games - Bellevue and buses etc

Actually, is there any kind of seating plan that shows where exactly we will be? Obviously i know which stand im in, but at the bottom, top, or on the end...? Anyone know?

Over 9k showed up which is very good imo.

lots of empty seats at the opp end to the FZ.

Best croud attedance in the league.

almost as good as other centers and if done on a population percentage. even better than them.

Yeah, it looked like there was a bit of contingency planning in there. There was still plenty of room really still, it was never overcrowded

Great ambience and loved the space behind the stands, food and drink etc

Complete lack of toilets was the worst aspect of the day.

Easy parking and walk from Woburn Station

Stands along the side of the ground were a bit flat, needed to be higher really, but at no time was viewing restricted - not from higher up anyway.

Surely the two floodlights on the cranes were too dazzling? They weren't needed either in a game that started that early.  Could be a bit of an issue for a later game

really hope we do that again in future season. The dream. 

Though do wonder about the safety of the fever stand if we score a goal..

Im down for the match next week. Looking forward to seeing the ground in the Hutt. Am booked in to get my jabs on thursday. Woot woot!

Hopefully the HCC/Phoenix fix up the 'free' busses from Waterloo to Hutt Rec for next week.

We were on the train from Upper Hutt intending to walk from Woburn, train arrived at Waterloo and there was someone telling the train conductors that the HCC was running free busses to the Rec (and to thank them for it). We get to the busses and the guy sorting it says that they were only hired to provide trips after the game and to get to the game would cost $2 per person. We didn't have much choice other than to pay to get to the game on time.

Might have to convene the a meeting of the Fever Whisky Appreciation Society?

Thought it was strange that 9,000 capacity got to 9,200+ especially given the fact there was no "sell out" announced and a few empty seats here and there but I guess 9k is the number they set with resource consent or for not too many more than that or something along those lines.

When me and friends were at our football obsessed, Shoot reading, teen worst we'd sit up on the fire-break, just above our homes,  and look at the lights at the Hutt Rec. The lights would have been on for rugby training. The common thread was imagine if that was 'a real football ground'.  Yesterday it was!! 

The ground was awesome and all that, but how good is the Bellevue! What a place!!!

The Bus to and from 4 Kings - magic.

The Bellevue - just awesome. One of the best pregames ever. Can't wait to do the Bellevue next week with the Squadron.

The Ground - absultely brilliant. More loos would be even better. Best floodlights in the league. What a teaser. I want a Hutt Wreck permanent version sooooo much now. Doing it permanently surely you could do 15,000 nicely?

The Souvlakis - yeah baby. And the Baklava! We need the Greek caravan at Westpac - if we have to go back there that is.

The Tifo was great. So much kudos to all involved for preparing the banners. Next time we will have to get the arangement slightly better. But what a great effort.
