Hutt Rec Games - Bellevue and buses etc

Not received mine yet although I did take a few days to email so guess they are doing them in the order received.

I also asked for additional tickets as well as my season tickets.

I haven't received anything or heard from anyone since the acknowledgement email 2 weeks ago.

Just the usual disorganised unprofessional cock-up we've all come to expect.

Don't blame the Phoenix for this one. They've pretty much been completely screwed over by Ticketmaster, and the Phoenix staff are having to manage this all themselves, on top of the usual works that fills up their week. It's not disorganised at all though, in fact the staff are doing a pretty awesome job at managing this, since manually sending out 4000 tickets is no simple task.

If you've sent an email, you'll get your tickets. No need to panic, just have some patience.

Don't worry I blame myself for ordering extra tickets - anything non-standard to do with ticketing invariably ends up a shambles.

We need to have someone to blame.  Someone we can call an Arse-Clown.

i have recieved my ticket to all three games,, but have not recieved anything about the extra ticket to each game that i wanted

I have not yet received an email, my ticket or the extra tickets!

To be fair to Thundersticks, I have yet to order any of them.

Heaven knows what would have happened if the boutique stadium had eventuated. At least with 7k in a 35k stadium there was some margin for error. Is there going to be a large walk up crowd?

Cross threading above.....ticket angst can start at 1200 according to email I got.

We are in Bay I.

Much larging up to be had.

Had requested to get put into the Silver Bleachers if possible, but have been stuck into Bay B - which is going to be pretty crap looking at that map.  Might just try and buy tickets in the Bleachers if possible and off-load these Bay B ones to a mate.

I also got mine twice, but the numbers are the same on each one so it was just a repeated email not new tickets.

They just rung me. It is under control. Because I asked for extra tickets, and the extra tickets are not yet ready to be precoessed, the guy I spoke to (Mike) said he had my request sitting there and was goign to process the whole lot together, but it would be after Christmas.

You should have said: "Not good enough mate.  Do you know who I am?"  and then slammed the phone down and posted on here about how sh!te ticketek is and how sh!te ticketmaster is and what a shambles the Nix are and it wouldn't have happened on Tony P's watch.

Should I be worried then as I didn't ask for new tickets? Will email them tomorrow, probably just running a little behind. Tough ask manually processing thousands of tickets. 

I got three emails for tickets but they are all the same PDF for the same tickets which doesn't give me four tickets required for each game. Kind of just leaving it now and hoping it gets sorted later in January

What a mess this is from the ticketing companies, and from the Nux. Im disgusted. Ive never felt so dirty in a yellow shirt.

What is such a mess? Nothing has gone wrong yet. There is a delay of about 2 hours so far on some tickets, but thats hardly the end of the world. 

Surely we can move on from this now please.

Not received mine either, or an update email someone mentioned earlier. Assume they are running behind but will probably email tomorrow while there may still be someone in the office to see it.

I'm sure they'll be working away on minimum pay rates on Christmas Day to get it all done

I've not received mine but I requested an extra so am assuming/hoping things are under control...

I'm sure that they have everything under control - just a case of having to sort through plenty of documents etc. 

My Mrs applied for her tickets yesterday and got a confirmation via e-mail that they would be sent out in the New Year.  The kind people at the Nix also said that they'd look to move me to Silver Bleachers from Row B (which I am very grateful for).

Mine got emailed! They are still coming boys.......
