I've got friends who support Newcastle who are trying to organise getting the the Hutt from wellington. What's their best choice of action?

Trains (or replacement buses - TBA) to Woburn station. Walk from there to ground via Bellevue Hotel.

Assuming they are staying in the Central City

Go down to the railway station.  Get on a train to Upper Hutt.  They go every half hour.  Get off at Woburn station.  Then about a 5-10 minute walk to the ground either with a map or follow the crowd.  Dare say there will be a few on every train going to the match on the day.  Ride will take about 15-20 minutes.  Cost for adults $5.50

Except that, as previously noted (see the post by Warrick Hunt quoting the "Buses replacing trains timetable screenshot" near the bottom of page 23 of this thread), currently the Tranz Metro website says that ALL Hutt Valley trains are cancelled on Feb 14th, and are being replaced by buses, frequency etc. TBA.

Tell them to bring their kits. They will get at least half a game!

12 days.  Apologies for choice of camera.  I wasn't sure what was Nix development and what was exclusively Hutt Rec development.  Thanks for positive encouragement (you know who you are). Anyway don't the seats look shiny, would this be the Sorrento section?

and the Yellow Fever soul section

Monkey Bars for the fever zone? Brilliant idea!

Great photos, I really looking forward to those games now, so close to the field!

Less than 300 in the fever zone? Or less than 300 for the ground?

Ah yeah, got lost in the hashtags and other shark. 300 left in the zone.

Drove past today..still remain "concerned" at lack of height from pitch for most except YF seating..eg in one photo only 6 rows up it seems which is going to be insufficient for decent viewing even from top row in my opinion.

Pic 3 seems to be Cerato stand where my 2 seats are..9 rows I think.  I think I will need to be there an hour early I suspect to grab those two in the top row.
